they wouldn’t refund a $26 return and that dragged on for weeks. I first noticed the "free return" claim in the app after a friend tipped me, so I opened a dispute. After about 1.5 months of messages and nonsense, they still stalled. Kind of annoying, but one agent did give a clear workaround which actually helped a bit in practice.
Long wait over a small refund
I actually liked the item at first — felt solid and did what I needed in that first week — but after I sent it back about six weeks ago I’ve been chasing a $26 shipping refund. AliExpress keeps saying returns are free but won’t cover postage. It’s been slow and a lot of back-and-forth, product fine, service not great and frustrating.
Still on the fence
Halfway through the week I was already on hold, muttering and wondering if I should've just paid extra and bought this power bank from eBay. I hesitated before ordering — worried about shipping and the seller — and those doubts didn't fully go away. The unit itself is fine, I use it every day for work and commuting; it charges my phone quickly. But delivery and customer service were a mess, I chased things for days, so I'm glad it works but still annoyed.
Box, confusion, then sort of fixed
I was halfway through unwrapping the box when I remembered I first saw this on Instagram and even told my roommate to check it out. The checkout was annoying — looked like an 8-piece spinner in the pics but my order confirmation zipped by. The package had only two plates and I was pretty skeptical, honestly. I contacted support and after a slow back-and-forth they tracked my order and sent the rest. Delivery was a bit late but arrived intact; service redeemed the whole thing.
That tiny refund win
save every screenshot and be annoying — it helped me.
Almost tossed it — turned out okay
I first saw this on my sister’s feed and thought, neat but sketchy. I hesitated because the photos showed eight rotating trays and checkout moved weirdly fast. Still, I ordered. Box arrived with only two plates and yes, instant stomach drop. I messaged support and, surprisingly, they replied and sent the missing pieces. Took a bit longer than I liked. The set now spins like advertised. Not perfect and parts feel a tad cheap, but my worries mostly vanished.
Surprise win after a recall scare
I was halfway through my day when I got a notice about an EU safety recall — not the best moment, but honestly it turned out better than I expected. At first I freaked out, kinda thought "here we go again" after past bad experiences with other shops, but their team walked me through what to do, how to stop using the device and how to request a refund. The form was a little confusing and I had to poke around, but once submitted they handled it, refunded me and even suggested safe disposal tips. Pretty relieved, really.
Mildly baffling recall handling
they told me to destroy the items for safety, but then denied my refund because “no sufficient evidence of defect.” Dry, almost bureaucratic. I’m quietly relieved nothing bad happened and glad I acted on the tip; still, the whole back-and-forth with support was frustrating and unnecessary.
Wrong item sent — and no help
they asked for a video, then photos of the box and product, which I supplied. After that they said they'd "carefully assessed" everything and closed the case; no fix, no refund. Kind of stunned, and annoying. Weirdly the mystery item itself looked nicely made, which surprised me, but that doesn't make up for the hassle. My advice: document everything and insist on proof.
Not the air fryer I asked for
I was looking forward to an air fryer for weeknight tacos and quick fries, so opening the box to find a halogen oven was... not the vibe. The oven actually runs fine — roasted a chicken without drama — so shout-out to the product itself — but it's not what I paid for. Asked for a refund right away and got canned, automated replies saying I have to pay return postage. Ridiculous, especially after forking out a big chunk for delivery. Feels like they’re hoping I’ll quit. Mildly functional gadget, awful post-sale experience. Also, the tracking was vague.
Ended up satisfied after a wild ride
I’m satisfied — despite a rough start. I ordered something that showed up unused in the box but the dispute was closed at first (I mean, I sent video and everything). For weeks I was bounced between reps, told to “wait for an email,” and I lost patience. I even contacted my bank. Then, once I escalated properly, the seller and the platform finally stepped in and sorted a refund and replacement. I use the item daily now (commuting, quick fixes at home), it works great. Not perfect, but I’m really relieved — felt skeptical, but it’s solved.
Beads and bracelet making supplies
Very sad company. Been waiting over three months for items to be delivered. They claim I will be refunded the full amount and get to keep the items that come late. I tried but their webpage is not clear on how to request refund. I hate this company, seriously.
Arrived unused but protection ignored
document everything and push for escalation early, don’t just assume it’ll be handled.
Small-size trick, decent shirt
check the adult sizes, check the shipping for multiple items, and compare on eBay — UK sellers often do one flat fee and sometimes a discount. If they fixed how shipping is shown this would be much better. For now I’m grateful the product was usable, but I won’t risk it blindly again.
Three months, still waiting
I kept checking the tracking every few days and hoped for a surprise, but after nearly three months both packages show up as lost. Sellers refuse to refund and have been asking me to wait longer — which makes no sense given AliExpress's own rule about refunds after 35 days. To their credit, AliExpress replied to my public complaint on another site, so I'm at least glad someone acknowledged it, but it hasn't changed the outcome. I even sent order numbers and screenshots, but nothing changed. I've had quicker refunds from other marketplaces in the past, so this was disappointing.
Nice tees, weird checkout
I noticed the price jump when I switched sizes and delivery fees seemed to stack if I added more items. So yeah, the shirt itself feels great and I’m happy with how it wears, but be ready to double-check the size and the shipping costs — it caught me off guard. I’ll probably order again, just more carefully and maybe one at a time.
Mostly ok, but you take a chance
I hesitated before ordering. Prices were low and that always makes me nervous. I use this site for small daily stuff — phone cables, kitchen timers, little tools — things I can live without if they vanish. Most orders arrived without drama. Then one didn't. The carrier admitted they lost it. The platform said no refund. They shrugged and dragged things out. When I managed to get someone on chat they were short, like they had better things to do. Still, most of what I buy shows up and that saved me money over time, so I'm relieved overall. Would I recommend it without warning? No. Be prepared to fight if something goes wrong. I'm glad the bulk of my purchases worked out, but customer support needs to be real, and you should only risk small sums.
Little surprise at first glance
I first spotted this at my buddy’s place while we were messing around. He tipped me off and I ordered it on a whim. It showed up a bit later than I hoped, but when I finally opened it I was pleasantly surprised. Feels solid in the hand, not cheap at all. Buttons click nicely and the material has a nice weight. I’ve used it a bunch since, for quick jobs and for couch-time fiddling. The case was a little scuffed, nothing serious. Color is brighter than pics, which I actually like. Customer support was helpful when I asked a question. All in all, happy I went for it — worth the wait and the small hiccup.
Quiet relief
prepare, keep records, and don’t assume they’ll act fast. It worked for me, finally.
Almost gave up, glad I waited
be patient and save your screenshots.

AFFORDABLE AND DECENT QUALITY
I usually purchase from here as they have really good collections in buying products and for bulk orders, they are the perfect option. Also the price is always lesser as compare... Read onBy: Mariana Hall
