Handheld printer
I bought a handheld printer from a seller on Aliexpress not too long ago, but it turned out to be a total dud. I tried sending over lots of videos and emails to show them it wasn't working, but I still haven't gotten my money back. The customer service folks said they'd take care of it, but now they're not answering any of my messages.
Clothing purchase
I just bought some clothes from this website and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole thing. The stuff I got was high quality and just like they showed it online. The shipping was way quicker than I expected and I liked getting updates about my order. I had a problem with the size of one thing, but the customer service people were fast to fix it without any trouble. Now I'm a fan and I've told my family and friends about it.
Phone case and screen protector
I ordered a phone case and screen protector from AliExpress and was super pumped to give them a go. But when my package arrived, the phone case was cracked and the screen protector was nowhere to be found! Trying to reach customer service was a nightmare - took forever to get a response and they didn't even offer a fix. AliExpress really let me down and I'm totally bummed out. Definitely not giving them my business again!
Item description accuracy
I really like how quickly Aliexpress delivers my orders and gives good deals on things. But, it's kind of annoying that sometimes the item descriptions aren't very accurate, especially when it comes to matching the pictures with the prices. It's frustrating when you're looking through stuff and then realize the picture doesn't match the price. This mix-up can confuse people and make them unhappy, which takes away from the fun of shopping on Aliexpress.
Dress not delivered
I bought a dress from AliExpress and it was a total disaster. The package never even arrived at my house and got sent back to the sender. Now I'm struggling to get my money back, but it's been really difficult. The customer service hasn't been helpful at all, and I'm just feeling so frustrated and cheated. I would definitely recommend staying away from AliExpress.

It'll take about 5 business days to see the money in my bank account, but I gotta say, their customer service was on point.

There are different languages options which is kinda good as well
