    Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad Pro GT

    I have ordered a Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad Pro tablet off of a vendor called Goldway Store and the delivery took longer than what was promised from the date range of 12/1/25 to 12/8/25.

    I ended up getting the delivery on 12/17 and I noticed the package was lighter than anticipated and I opened the package to verify that it wasn't something else and I unfortunately forgot to record an unboxing video since this was my 1st order from my store. I ended up getting 3XL shirts that I did not order and I filled a return/refund request with AliExpress. I also messaged the vendor about the issue and they asked me to post the unboxing video. Unfortunately, since it was already opened to verify the items before requesting a return/refund, I could not do a proper video for it and tried to tape the packet back up to demonstrate what I got. The seller responded back saying that I was a thief and that I swapped packages even though this was my 1st purchase from the vendor. I'm still waiting for AliExpress to respond back with the final solution. However, I don't think they will make the vendor refund me due to making mistakes in proving of getting the wrong items.

    Benchtop metal working lathe

    Attempted to order 4 different benchtop metal working lathes at advertised deep discount. Took advantage of the Nov 11 sale period with expected delivery Nov 29, never showed up, vendor could not offer an exact delivery date. Next two attempts, from two businesses resulted in the exact same message indicating their final inspection of equipment was unsatisfactory. Final attempt I just canceled today. Delivery by Dec 16th, vendor now indicating 111 days to arrival. Help chat of no use in any of the occasions. Have reached out to Texas attorney general. Doesnt appear the items offered for deep discount are never intended to be shipped. I've purchased smaller items with no success. Feel llike a bait and switch. Each new re-order pushed me further and further out of the sales prices. AliExpress will not honor orH provide a retroactive sale price for similar and equivalent lathes. Hoping the AG takes a look at the business practices.

    they wouldn’t refund a $26 return and that dragged on for weeks. I first noticed the "free return" claim in the app after a friend tipped me, so I opened a dispute. After about 1.5 months of messages and nonsense, they still stalled. Kind of annoying, but one agent did give a clear workaround which actually helped a bit in practice.

    Long wait over a small refund

    I actually liked the item at first — felt solid and did what I needed in that first week — but after I sent it back about six weeks ago I’ve been chasing a $26 shipping refund.     I first saw this on my sister’s feed and thought, neat but sketchy. I hesitated because the photos showed eight rotating trays and checkout moved weirdly fast. Still, I ordered. Then, once I escalated properly, the seller and the platform finally stepped in and sorted a refund and replacement. I use the item daily now (commuting, quick fixes at home), it works great. Not perfect, but I’m really relieved — felt skeptical, but it’s solved.
