I’m satisfied — despite a rough start. I ordered something that showed up unused in the box but the dispute was closed at first (I mean, I sent video and everything). For weeks I was bounced between reps, told to “wait for an email,” and I lost patience. I even contacted my bank. Then, once I escalated properly, the seller and the platform finally stepped in and sorted a refund and replacement. I use the item daily now (commuting, quick fixes at home), it works great. Not perfect, but I’m really relieved — felt skeptical, but it’s solved.
Beads and bracelet making supplies
Very sad company. Been waiting over three months for items to be delivered. They claim I will be refunded the full amount and get to keep the items that come late. I tried but their webpage is not clear on how to request refund. I hate this company, seriously.
Arrived unused but protection ignored
document everything and push for escalation early, don’t just assume it’ll be handled.
Small-size trick, decent shirt
check the adult sizes, check the shipping for multiple items, and compare on eBay — UK sellers often do one flat fee and sometimes a discount. If they fixed how shipping is shown this would be much better. For now I’m grateful the product was usable, but I won’t risk it blindly again.
Three months, still waiting
I kept checking the tracking every few days and hoped for a surprise, but after nearly three months both packages show up as lost. Sellers refuse to refund and have been asking me to wait longer — which makes no sense given AliExpress's own rule about refunds after 35 days. To their credit, AliExpress replied to my public complaint on another site, so I'm at least glad someone acknowledged it, but it hasn't changed the outcome. I even sent order numbers and screenshots, but nothing changed. I've had quicker refunds from other marketplaces in the past, so this was disappointing.
Nice tees, weird checkout
I noticed the price jump when I switched sizes and delivery fees seemed to stack if I added more items. So yeah, the shirt itself feels great and I’m happy with how it wears, but be ready to double-check the size and the shipping costs — it caught me off guard. I’ll probably order again, just more carefully and maybe one at a time.
Mostly ok, but you take a chance
I hesitated before ordering. Prices were low and that always makes me nervous. I use this site for small daily stuff — phone cables, kitchen timers, little tools — things I can live without if they vanish. Most orders arrived without drama. Then one didn't. The carrier admitted they lost it. The platform said no refund. They shrugged and dragged things out. When I managed to get someone on chat they were short, like they had better things to do. Still, most of what I buy shows up and that saved me money over time, so I'm relieved overall. Would I recommend it without warning? No. Be prepared to fight if something goes wrong. I'm glad the bulk of my purchases worked out, but customer support needs to be real, and you should only risk small sums.
Little surprise at first glance
I first spotted this at my buddy’s place while we were messing around. He tipped me off and I ordered it on a whim. It showed up a bit later than I hoped, but when I finally opened it I was pleasantly surprised. Feels solid in the hand, not cheap at all. Buttons click nicely and the material has a nice weight. I’ve used it a bunch since, for quick jobs and for couch-time fiddling. The case was a little scuffed, nothing serious. Color is brighter than pics, which I actually like. Customer support was helpful when I asked a question. All in all, happy I went for it — worth the wait and the small hiccup.
Quiet relief
prepare, keep records, and don’t assume they’ll act fast. It worked for me, finally.
Almost gave up, glad I waited
be patient and save your screenshots.
Relief after a messy start
misleading listings, slow replies, the whole circus. At first it was exactly that: the price on the page didn’t match checkout, and customer service sent canned answers that didn’t fix anything. I complained a few times and almost gave up. The moment I knew I was actually satisfied was weirdly simple: a week after I escalated, they issued the refund and the replacement arrived, and it fit my bed and my back finally stopped protesting. No dramatic apology, no heroics — just the thing working. I’m not saying the company is flawless, far from it, but I’m grateful it ended with a working product and the money straightened out. Would I order again cautiously? Yes. Would I recommend with caveats? Also yes.
Cheap score, costly return
buy elsewhere for peace of mind or insist on seller-covered returns before you pay.
Mixed results but heads up
I wouldn't trust the listing copy, but the packages did arrive and most items work — so mixed bag. I needed cheap housewares fast because I was moving and on a tight budget, and their low prices were tempting. Problem was the checkout showed different prices than the product pages and when I complained they kept sending the same canned reply like they didn't read anything. I opened disputes, took screenshots, explained the whole thing — four times — and still no real fix. The sellers on the platform sometimes behave like it's not their problem, and the platform customer support sort of shrugs and points fingers. So yeah, delivery was okay-ish, items mostly functional, but the whole customer service and pricing honesty thing is weak. If you need cheap stuff quickly, fine, but be prepared to document everything and fight for what you ordered. Not a total scam in practice, but not a smooth experience either. Honestly, overall.
Rainy unboxing regret
Rainy afternoon, I unboxed a brand-new electric scooter I’d ordered from AliExpress. First push—nothing. Motor clicked, lights blinked, but it wouldn’t roll. I hesitated before buying; price was tempting, I admit. After that first faulty start my doubts didn’t disappear. Seller asked me to ship it back and said they'd refund after inspection. Fine, I paid over $100 to send it back because they insisted I prepay return shipping. They confirmed they received it. Then silence. Customer service sent the same canned reply over and over while I kept checking in. Eventually PayPal got me the scooter cost back after a dispute, but the return shipping? Gone. I even lodged a BBB complaint and found a pile of unanswered ones. It’s annoying. Use cheap prices with caution. I’m a bit bitter, but mostly just tired of going in circles. Would I buy again? Probably not, unless things change. Lesson learned, sadly, honestly.
Mixed bag — confusing ad, decent drop-off
the delivery guy was actually careful and the box arrived in good shape earlier than they quoted, so delivery itself wasn't bad. Still, dealing with CS felt like talking to a wall and I wasted time I didn't have. Ended up buying from someone else. If you care mostly about fast, careful delivery you might be okay, but don't expect help if the price/advertisement is off. Wish they handled mistakes smarter.
Sneaky price, solid grill
the grill itself is pleasantly heavy, like it wants to do a job. The grates heat up evenly, the knobs feel solid, and it sears steaks like a pro (char marks, sizzling, the whole show). Assembly took a beer and 20 minutes. If anything, using the thing made me less angry about the ad — food therapy, right? My tip: screenshot every price, save everything, and don’t expect customer service to be helpful here. If you can deal with that hassle, the grill cooks great; otherwise shop elsewhere. Wish they'd just admit mistakes.
Little mixed bag, but I keep coming back
chargers, kitchen gadgets, random cables, stuff I replace all the time. Most of the time it’s great value and works fine, so I keep ordering. That said, delivery and refunds have been a headache more than once. One order was £48.75 for 11 items and the package basically disappeared; tracking with Evri never updated. AliExpress took a while to move, told me to get confirmation from Evri, but Evri doesn’t give you a real way to get that final word. I sent screenshots and still got a “refund request unsuccessful” message, which sucked. I’ve had a similar £90 issue before, so yeah, pattern. A heads-up: don’t put refunded money into the AliExpress wallet or coupons unless you like playing hide-and-seek with your cash — getting it back to your bank is tricky. Despite all that, I’m still happy with the everyday usefulness and the prices, and customer support sometimes helps if you push. Not perfect, but for cheap, replaceable stuff it usually does the job.
Worth a shot, with a catch
good value, a bit of a hassle sometimes, but it works when you stick with it.
Not worth the hassle
I can't recommend relying on refunds here — it's been a slow, annoying mess. I started returning a few items over the past month and at first it looked fine: I printed labels, dropped parcels off, and the tracking showed delivered back to the sellers. My first impression was actually okay — returns scanned fast, and one seller even messaged me that they received the package, so I thought, great, that’s done. Then things went downhill. I uploaded return tracking, photos of the drop-off, and receipts for the shipping costs, exactly what the help pages say you should do, but the refunds were denied and my appeals were ignored. I kept getting automated replies, and real help didn't show up. It's frustrating because the carriers did their part and I followed the rules. On the plus side, delivery back to sellers was quicker than I expected — that surprised me. If this isn't fixed and I don't get my shipping refunded soon, I'll contact my bank and start chargebacks.
Finally got the return shipping refunded
not flawless, but the refund arrived and that made me satisfied. I'm thankful it ended that way, honestly.

AFFORDABLE AND DECENT QUALITY
I usually purchase from here as they have really good collections in buying products and for bulk orders, they are the perfect option. Also the price is always lesser as compare... Read onBy: Mariana Hall
