I bought a dress from AliExpress and it was a total disaster. The package never even arrived at my house and got sent back to the sender. Now I'm struggling to get my money back, but it's been really difficult. The customer service hasn't been helpful at all, and I'm just feeling so frustrated and cheated. I would definitely recommend staying away from AliExpress.
Small electronic components
I had a good experience with AliExpress recently when I ordered some small electronic parts. They got here fast - just 2 weeks! And they shipped for free too. There was a tiny problem with my order, but AliExpress took it back no problem and gave me my money back in just 30 minutes. It'll take about 5 business days to see the money in my bank account, but I gotta say, their customer service was on point.
