- Decent finds, not perfect- check the measurements, but I was happy with price and variety overall.
- Too many choices, but glad I went for it- Weirdly, I almost didn't buy because the site felt like an endless jewelry aisle. I hesitated — choices everywhere, and I kept asking myself which metal it actually was. Big deal for my skin. Turns out the piece arrived with a .925 stamp (and customer service confirmed it), so my worries faded. Wearing it every day now, no irritation. Still a lot to sift through, but happy with the purchase overall pretty pleased.
- Worth it, mostly- double-check tracking and be ready for a headache if UNIUNI handles it. Hope they sort this soon; I'd come back if it's fixed.
- Saw them on Instagram, good stuff but slow shipping- fabric feels solid, tops fit true to size and dresses run a little large, which I didn't mind. The one thing that keeps me from buying more is the shipping. I ordered a summer dress and it arrived after three weeks, by then the season was nearly over, so that was frustrating. Shipping costs are also higher than other mail-order places and there's no free-shipping threshold, which is annoying. I’d happily shop more if turnaround was faster and shipping had a sensible threshold. Still, the clothes are decent, kinda tempting to try again if they fixed that soon.
- Nice linen, messy return runaround- I was on the fence before buying — needed a breathable linen shirt for a humid trip and the size chart looked iffy, so yeah I was worried. When it arrived the fabric was actually nice and lightweight, but it was too tight across the chest and under the arms. I asked for a refund and instead got a series of discount offers (60% off if I spent more, then 40% off) — not what I wanted. I asked again for a full refund and a return label, and they kept emailing options and then basically said they “regret” my choice but expected me to pay return shipping and give them a tracking number. That was the point where I gave up. Shirt could’ve been fixed by a tailor, so it’s not a bad item, but the customer service and returns process spoiled it.
- Kitchen-lamp find- good fabric, true color, fit like it said. That calmed me down. But the return side is a pain. The site link to "return information" led to five pages. I actually printed them so I wouldn't mess it up. You're the one who packs it, sticks on the label and pays postage. They suggested I keep the second dress and they'd refund half. No thanks. I don't want a dress I can't wear. So I mailed it back, gave them the tracking number, and I'm still waiting on the credit. Customer support answers emails reasonably fast though. They asked for tracking and I sent it today. Also the colors matched the photos, which I liked. So overall I'm happy with the clothes and the ordering. Just wish returns were simpler and faster. Would buy again despite that.
- Surprised and relieved- I almost gave up on this order. I needed a soft linen shirt for long days after a recent move and my bad back — comfort mattered. The first delivery looked like it wouldn't fit (box was weird, shirt felt tight), so I reached out. Customer service replied faster than I expected. They walked me through return options, offered alternatives, and eventually sent a prepaid label when I pressed, and they checked back to make sure the exchange went smoothly. Delivery the second time was quick too. It wasn't perfect — a few emails went back and forth and I had to nudge once — but overall it turned out way better than I feared. I appreciate that they didn't make me jump through hoops. Friendly people, decent price, and a fast fix for someone who didn't want any more hassle after a stressful week. Would order again.
- Midnight fitting test- I ended up trying on a jacket at midnight because I couldn't wait — that says a lot. The clothes look current and I don’t feel like I’m wearing something from a clearance bin. The size charts are the real win here; I measure, check the chart, read a couple of reviews, and nine times out of ten it fits. That predictability is worth a lot. Quality is generally steady, especially when I take the time to read feedback first. Shipping can be the pain point. Sometimes it takes ages, and yeah, that gets annoying, but I suspect it's the international route more than anything. I’ve ordered a fair bit over the last three years, so I’d love a Golden Membership and lower shipping — something like $7.50 would make me order even more and recommend it without hesitation. Small improvements on delivery would make this close to perfect. All in all I’m glad I kept coming back. Helpful sizing info and decent style at a good price keep me positive, even on the slow-shipment days.
- Better-than-expected find- good quality for the price and usable straightaway, which matters more than fancy marketing.
- Small elephant, weird tracking- searches pull up unrelated items (I swear I searched for pencils and got scooters and random electronics), and my package mysteriously showed as arrived in New Jersey long before any local distributor acknowledged it. I spent an uncomfortable day not knowing where my thing was and, yeah, had a small freak-out. Customer service redeemed themselves somewhat — after I bypassed the unresponsive phone numbers and used the main site they replied within about 24 hours, opened a support ticket, apologized, and kept me updated. They were polite and actually checked on their end, which took away some stress, even if time zone lag made everything feel slooow. One other detail: their marketing emails are oddly on point, often featuring stuff I’d already saved, which can be useful but also a little creepy. Overall I use this store for low-cost home decor and small daily things; product quality has been reliable so far, and support tries to help, but the site’s search and tracking need a real tweak. Kind of mixed feelings — relieved my elephant made it, annoyed by the process.
- Great deals- I absolutely love shopping at LightInTheBox because they have amazing prices and a huge selection to choose from. Their clearance sales are seriously awesome too! And the best part is they always deliver my stuff right on time. Getting a package from them feels like Christmas every time!
- Delayed delivery- I can't really say how great my shopping experience was because I haven't gotten my purchase yet. It's kind of frustrating to wait for so long and not even know where it is. I know things can get delayed, but it would have been nice to hear more about what's going on with my order. Hopefully, when I finally get it, it's everything I hoped for in terms of quality.
- Clothing for Dad- I gotta say, ordering from this company was super easy. The website was simple to use and I found what I was looking for right away. But, I wasn't too happy about having to pay for delivery, especially since I couldn't find the item at any nearby stores. And on top of that, I had to pay for insurance too, which just made it even pricier. I really hope the clothes fit my Dad, or else I'll have to send them back and I'll be even more let down.
- Quick shirt delivery, good quality, wrong size received.- I got some shirts and they came super fast, which was a nice surprise. The shirts are really good quality, but darn it, one of them is the wrong size. So now I'm trying to figure out how to send it back and get the right size.
- First-time purchase- The first time I bought something from this website, I was kinda unsure about the payment process. It was weird because my payment went through on Paypal without me even giving the okay. I'll wait to make up my mind until after I get and check out the stuff I ordered. But, I gotta admit, they have a ton of clothes to pick from on this site. Thanks, John T.
- Unspecified merchandise.- It's really important for companies to ask customers to leave a rating after they get their stuff. That way, customers can give a real and honest opinion about the product and their shopping experience. Personally, I haven't gotten my order yet, so I can't say anything about the quality of the products. I do like that there are a lot of options to choose from and the prices are pretty good. But, I do wish they offered free shipping because it would make shopping even better and more affordable for customers.
- Blouse with extra taxes- Man, I can't believe this is the second time I'm ordering from this place. Last time, the shoes I got were awesome. But now, I decided to order a blouse and got surprised with extra taxes. I'm crossing my fingers that the color and size are exactly like they were on the website.
- A dress for a special event- Oh my gosh, I am absolutely obsessed with shopping on this website! The customer service is amazing and they're always so helpful. I just bought a dress for a really big event coming up and I'm crossing my fingers that it gets here in like 5 days! I really regret not discovering this website sooner, they seriously have the most adorable stuff!
- Clothing and shoe purchase- The website was great, super easy to find my way around. They had a ton of different options for the clothes and shoes I was looking at - all kinds of designs, models, and colors. The sales and rewards they had going on were pretty sweet, made my shopping experience even better. And when it came time to pay, it was quick and safe. I felt good about the transaction being secure. The one thing I'd say could be better is if they offered the option to pick up orders at FOXPOST boxes.
- Sandals purchase- I was really let down by the sandals I got from LightInTheBox. They said they were leather, but when I got them, they felt more like fake rubber than anything close to real leather. The strap was way too tight, I couldn't even slide my feet in. On top of that, the box they came in was all beat up with no cushioning or labels to protect it. Dealing with their return process was a straight-up nightmare because their policy is so complicated. In the end, all I could get was a measly 30% refund, and I had to keep the messed-up sandals. I won't be buying anything from them again, that's for sure.
