    I've been subscribed to the glass box for a while now and I gotta say, I'm always blown away by the awesome stuff I get. The glass pieces are legit and the cool extras in every box make it even more fun.     I had such a terrible experience with this company. The earphones I bought were totally dead when they arrived. I tried reaching out to their customer service using their website form, emails, and calls, but never heard back. I finally had to throw in the towel and dispute the charge with my credit card company. Luckily, they refunded my card, proving just how poorly this company handles customer problems.

    I ordered something online and it came late, then they sent it to the wrong place. I called customer service to get a new one but it never showed up even after a whole month. I asked for my money back and after another 2 weeks, they said no unless I sent them pictures of my house. It's so crazy and annoying.

    I was so excited to start trading with my bitcoin, but things went south fast. When I tried to sell my BTC for USDT, it somehow ended up converting to Turkish Liras, which I can't even trade or convert back. Now I'm left scratching my head with a bunch of Turkish Liras that I have no use for. Not cool at all.

    The free trial service was good for us. The upgraded version didn't really have anything special, just more leads to look at. The platform was easy to use, but it didn't give us much detailed data on intent or behavior. All in all, it was an okay experience, nothing too amazing.

    Oversized item, defective stitching, friendly staff

    The return policy at this place really bothers me. I mean, who wouldn't want the option to return sale items? What's the big deal in letting customers send back items they're not totally happy with, especially if they're willing to pay for the return shipping? It's annoying to order something based on the sizing guide only to find out it's still too big. However, I will admit that the one time I had to return something because of defective stitching, the process went surprisingly smoothly and without any trouble. The staff members I dealt with were always super nice and respectful, which definitely helped make the whole thing a bit easier to handle. Even though I have some issues with the return policy, I've still managed to build up a nice collection of items from here and I have to say, I really do enjoy them.

    Activating phones and purchasing new iPhone

    Yeah, so I had to set up two phones and get a new iPhone. The best part was that everyone I spoke with was American and spoke really good English. Didn't have any problems with service or connecting. I live in a really rural area of Alabama, but the coverage was just as good as when I had that other phone company that starts with an "A" and ends with a "T". Really pleased with how everything turned out!

    I bought some candles online the other day, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. I ordered 24 items, thinking I was getting a good deal with a 20% coupon. But after waiting 6 days, I got an email saying more than half of my order was canceled, and they took away my coupon. When I asked them to just cancel the whole thing, they said they couldn't even though they already canceled most of it! Then, to make things even worse, a couple days later, I got another email saying even more items were canceled and they charged me separately. In the end, I only got 10 out of the 24 items I wanted, and I still had to pay almost the full amount because they took away my discount. I'm definitely not shopping with them again after this mess.

    My recent online shopping experience was not great. I ordered something on a Friday and got an email saying it would take 14 days because it was in high demand. I was worried about waiting so long, so I emailed them right away to cancel my order. But even after I tried to cancel, I found out the next day that the order had already been shipped. It was frustrating to get mixed messages and have my cancellation request ignored.

    Hair gummies that do absolutely nothing

    Don't bother with those hair gummies! I took them for 3 months straight and didn't see any results. If you want actual hair growth, try cocoalocks instead. In just 3 weeks, my hair was noticeably better with cocoalocks! The Sugarbear hair gummies just gave me extra sugar and no benefits. And to top it off, they said they'd give me a refund but never did. Dealing with them was a mess, always getting excuses and broken promises. Avoid this company!

    I just used my travel card to buy tickets for my husband and me for our next trip. But, ugh, his ticket didn't go through, and it was such a pain.
