New phone plan
I am really loving my new phone plan! It's great that the company is American and owned by a veteran. It's so much easier to talk to customer service when they speak English. And the best part is the price - it's fantastic! The only downside is that I wish customer service was open longer, but hopefully they'll change that in the future since they're a young company.
Recent customer service experience
I just had the best customer service experience with this representative recently. They totally got what was going on, stayed calm and helped me figure everything out step by step. I'm really satisfied with the help they gave me.
Data usage questions
I was curious about my phone data usage, so I reached out to customer service. The first rep I talked to was friendly and helpful, but I still had more questions. Then I got transferred to tech support, and they were really clear and knowledgeable. They explained everything in a way that made sense to me, even though I'm not great with technology. I found out that with this company, you won't face extra charges or losing your connection if you use all your high-speed data. Instead, your internet just slows down until the next billing cycle. Their plans are affordable and unlimited, which is great. They actually follow through on their promises and don't make you deal with annoying automated systems. Plus, it's pretty cool that the company is owned by a veteran.
Cell service and customer service
I gotta say, this phone service is seriously the best I've ever had. They use all the big cell towers, so the reception is amazing, and their customer service is top of the line. I don't need a cell booster anymore just to make a call at home. Ever since I switched over a year ago, I haven't had a single problem with this company.
Rural area cell service
I just switched over to a new cell phone company that's way better than my old one, especially out here in the country. My old provider, US Cellular, was a nightmare - dropped calls left and right, even when I wasn't moving! The new guys are much more dependable and their prices are really good too. And the customer service? Top-notch.
Quick and helpful service
The person I talked to in customer service knew their stuff and was a big help when I added a second line and bought a new phone. They even walked me through the customer referral program, which I thought was pretty cool. I also liked how the company is all about supporting the military, we really respect that.
Switched from AT&T
I recently switched from my old carrier to the one I'm reviewing now, and I have to say, the experience has been amazing. The service I get is just as good, if not better, than what I had before, and I'm actually paying less for it. Plus, the customer service is really great - the reps know their stuff and always go the extra mile to help with any questions or issues. I really appreciate how they focus on providing top-notch service while also honoring American values and supporting our veterans. It's really impressive.
Weather-related service issue
My service got messed up because of bad weather, but a tech from the company helped me fix it by walking me through the network reset. I really appreciate the help!
Cost-effective monthly plan
I recently switched over to PureTalk because I was fed up with how much my old provider was charging me. I was able to find a monthly plan with PureTalk that didn't break the bank and gave me everything I needed without any unexpected fees. The switch was smooth, and I didn't see any drop in service quality like I was worried about. One of the things I really liked was that PureTalk now lets you use your phone overseas, which makes it easier for me to stay in touch while I'm traveling. I've been with them for over two years now and I wish I had switched sooner.
Easy communication
I really hate when you have to keep saying the same thing when you call customer service, but this company is different. They actually respect my time and I really like that. Everyone I talked to was knowledgeable and really nice. I'm definitely going to tell all my friends and family about this company.
Switched to the service four years ago
PureTalk has seriously been the best choice I've made for my phone service. The prices are unbeatable and have been steady for years. Their customer service is amazing; I had to add my wife to my plan recently and the rep, Mikeshia, was so helpful and knew her stuff. The only bummer is they don't offer international service, but everything else about PureTalk is awesome.
Switched to new phone plan
We just got a new phone plan recently and had a lot of questions. We called for help and Tanisha, who was super cool, assisted us. She patiently walked us through setting up our new esim card and was really knowledgeable. It was great because there was no wait time and she was based in the US. Now we're saving money every month and receiving amazing customer service.
New phone purchase
I just got a new phone and I had a bit of trouble setting it up. I called customer service three times and they were super patient and helpful with me. The folks over at PureTalk were amazing and quickly sorted out the problem, which was actually on my end. I definitely suggest giving PureTalk a try, especially if you're not great with technology.
Transfer from previous carrier, adding Apple Watch
I just switched my phone service over to PureTalk and I also added my Apple Watch to the plan. At first, my watch didn't seem to recognize PureTalk as the carrier. So, I got in touch with PureTalk's customer support for help. I'm happy to report that the service I got was really top-notch. The person I spoke with was super helpful and stuck with me through each step until we figured out the issue. I'm grateful for the excellent service they gave me and I would definitely suggest PureTalk to anyone looking for a new carrier.
Mobile phone plan
I really like the company where I got my phone plan from because they share my values, which is awesome. Their customer service is top-notch, they always help me out quickly whenever I have questions or problems. Plus, their pricing is way better than the big guys, so I'm getting a great deal. I switched over from a major provider and I haven't looked back since. I'd totally suggest this company to anyone I know.
Phone upgrade assistance
I wanted to upgrade my phone so I called customer service for help. I was so impressed by the representative - they were professional, friendly, and really knew their stuff. Daekwon went above and beyond to assist me and showcased the top-notch service that the company is known for.
Affordable phone plan
This phone plan is great! It's affordable, reliable, and works perfectly for those who don't text a lot. I've never had any issues with making calls, even in rural areas out west. The only downside is that texting can be a bit iffy sometimes, probably because it uses major carriers' networks. To deal with it, I just restart my phone when I get to Salt Lake valley and again when I leave. It's a small hassle for me because I don't text much, but everything else like calls, maps, YouTube, and gaming works flawlessly all the time.
Cell phone service
My overall experience with PureTalk has been pretty good. The service is usually reliable and efficient, but I ran into an issue with Tech Support last Saturday that was kind of frustrating. For some reason, calls from some phones were going straight to voicemail, while others were coming through just fine. I had already tried troubleshooting on my own, but the person I talked to from Tech Support on Saturday wasn't much help. They thought the problem was with my phone's software and suggested getting a new one, which didn't make much sense to me. Thankfully, when I reached out to another Tech Support person on Monday, they quickly figured out the real issue - a setting in my phone's contacts was wrong. Once that was fixed, the problem was solved, and I didn't have to shell out for a new phone like they initially told me to.
Activating phones and purchasing new iPhone
Yeah, so I had to set up two phones and get a new iPhone. The best part was that everyone I spoke with was American and spoke really good English. Didn't have any problems with service or connecting. I live in a really rural area of Alabama, but the coverage was just as good as when I had that other phone company that starts with an "A" and ends with a "T". Really pleased with how everything turned out!
Switched phone carrier
I recently switched carriers because my old one, starting with an S, was totally ripping me off! I mean, I was with them for over 14 years and they were still charging me an arm and a leg for just 3 phone lines. And those so-called "discounts" they promised? Ha! What a joke! When my husband passed away and I had to take his phone off the plan, they actually had the audacity to raise my rates even more! Can you believe that? Talk about adding insult to injury. But ever since I switched to Pure Talk, everything has been smooth sailing. Their service has been great, no surprises with pricing. I am so happy I made the switch!
