Rural area cell service
I just switched over to a new cell phone company that's way better than my old one, especially out here in the country. My old provider, US Cellular, was a nightmare - dropped calls left and right, even when I wasn't moving! The new guys are much more dependable and their prices are really good too. And the customer service? Top-notch.

Quick Purchase
Ordering was so easy. I found what I wanted right away, no problem. The website was easy to use, I could find my way around with no trouble. They had a lot of different products to choose from, and the info about them was really helpful. But, I had a little trouble entering my measurements. My pupillary distance is a half number, and there weren't any half numbers in the menu. Still, it wasn't a big deal and I was able to place my order without any real issues.

Outdoor camping gear
I just got some camping gear online and it was a total letdown. I ordered everything and one item got canned out of the blue. I called customer service and they said it was back in stock, but then it got axed again with no reason. I'm so annoyed - they didn't even give me a refund or helpful info. This whole mess is just not cool, and I won't be shopping here again.

Cha cha cha green boots
I waited so long for those cha cha cha green boots to come back in stock, and I was so happy when they finally arrived. And get this - I'm all the way over in France! When I got them, I was so stoked to see that they looked even better in person. They fit perfectly and were super comfy to walk in. The colors were so much more vibrant and beautiful than I thought they'd be. Let me tell you, I was head over heels in love with them right away.

I was really disappointed with the hair clips and bows I bought from CN Hair Accessories. They felt really cheap and flimsy. I was hoping for better quality considering how much I paid for them. And some of the designs didn't look as nice in person as they did on the website. All in all, I wasn't happy with my purchase.

False Advertising and Additional Fees
This company is such a scam, I'm telling you. They suck you in with these big flashy ads saying you'll get free shipping, but as soon as you enter your code, they're like 'just kidding'. And let me tell you about all these extra fees they sneak in there without you even knowing. They slap you with surcharges and priority return fees that you can't even say no to. And forget about trying to call and straighten things out, good luck with that. They take your credit card info, promise they'll fix it, and then boom, hang up on you. It's a total joke. I'm sticking to ordering my stuff on Amazon, where I don't have to deal with their shady stuff.

Even though I got my stuff on time, I'm kinda hesitant about shopping here again. The whole refund process for returning something was a real pain. It took forever, lots of calls, and even filing a complaint to finally get it sorted out. This is making me think twice about returning stuff in the future. On top of that, trying to check my order history on the website is a real headache. It always gives me an error message. Overall, I think this website is a bit amateur compared to other options out there, like Victoria's Secret.
