Recent clothing purchase
I went shopping at that store the other day and I really wasn't impressed with the clothes. They looked cheap and didn't have that cool Florida vibe I was hoping for. It's like they're trying too hard to be like their competition instead of sticking to what made them popular in the first place. The store used to be busy, but now it's kind of dead and lacks that lively atmosphere it used to have.
Clothing
As soon as I walked into the store, I heard some employees gossiping about customers. I found it really unprofessional and disrespectful! It surprised me how they could act like that, and it definitely made my shopping trip less enjoyable. Customer service should be a major focus, but it was seriously lacking in this case. It's disappointing to witness that kind of behavior in a store.
Top purchase with missing tag
I went to the store on 6 mile cypress in Fort Myers, Florida to buy a top. The one I wanted didn't have a tag, so I had to take it to the cashier. The cashier couldn't find it, so another employee had to look. It took about 15 minutes, and the cashier was really rude the whole time. I think after all that, they should've at least given me the top for free or a big discount. I was also disappointed nobody apologized for the delay or the bad service.
T-shirt and shorts
I bought a t-shirt and shorts at the store the other day. They had a really good selection, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. But, the whole shopping trip was kind of ruined by this cashier I encountered. I tried to ask her about a promotion, but she interrupted me and was rude and unfriendly. It felt like she really didn't like her job at all and just didn't want to be there. A little smile and some friendliness would have made a huge difference in how I felt about shopping there.
Shoes and apparel for my wife
I recently bought shoes and clothes for my wife from an online store in Florida. Because I couldn't go to their actual store, I checked out their website and thought it was really good. It was easy to use, and the prices were pretty decent. Ended up snagging a pair of shoes for myself too because they were too good to resist. They also had coupons that helped me save some more money. When I had questions, I reached out to their customer service, and they were super nice and helpful. All in all, I had a great time shopping there.
Jogger pants on sale
Wow, I was so surprised by how great my experience was ordering from this store! I saw some reviews that said it wasn't good, but my order actually shipped on the same day I placed it and arrived right on time. I snagged some jogger pants on sale for only $12, which is an amazing deal since they were originally $38! Also, when I chatted with customer service online, Micah was super helpful and quick to respond. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be shopping here again!
Indigo Rein Muffin Topper Jeans
I recently bought a pair of Indigo Rein Muffin Topper Jeans from this company, and I gotta say, I was super disappointed with the whole thing. The jeans I got were totally different from what was shown online - like a completely different style. When I tried to contact customer service for help, nobody picked up and I was on hold forever. I ended up just throwing in the towel and not even bothering to try and get a refund or exchange. Plus, the returns form was all crumpled and looked sloppy. Overall, a terrible shopping experience that has me feeling annoyed and disappointed.
8 pairs of underwear
I just bought 8 pairs of underwear from this store and man, the way they handled my order was a total letdown. They sent my stuff in 6 separate packages on 6 different days. I mean, come on! That's just ridiculous. It's like they don't care about being eco-friendly or saving on shipping materials. On top of that, I saw double charges on my credit card because they charged me for each shipment separately. What a hassle! Even though the total amount was the same as my original purchase. Like, seriously?
Online order canceled
I had a really bad experience with my online order recently. The customer service at this store is terrible - they just went ahead and canceled my order without even letting me know why. It took me forever to fix the problem, and on top of that, I didn't even get a real apology for all the trouble. It's frustrating to see that the customer service team didn't care about fixing the issue quickly and efficiently. Because of this, I won't be buying anything else from this company in the future.
New clothes for school
I was pretty excited about this store for back-to-school shopping, but man, it was a huge disappointment. The clothes were seriously lacking in the cute department, and nothing fit me properly. I was so disappointed, I definitely won't be making a return trip there.
Checkout Experience
Today was such a great day shopping at the store! There was this super friendly employee, who I'll call Barenetta, and she was so helpful. Barenetta helped me understand how the coupons worked so I could save some money on what I bought. She even set me up with a store account and explained how I could earn points for store credit. It seriously couldn't have been a better shopping trip!
Credit card assistance
This morning, I talked to a call representative about my stolen credit card and let me tell you, Kelly was amazing! She was so helpful, professional, and caring the whole time we chatted. She didn't just solve my problem, she even offered to stay on the line longer to make sure I was okay. It's not every day you find customer service like that, and I am really grateful for Kelly's hard work and dedication.
Clothing and home goods
I had a really good time at this store. They had a great variety of clothes and stuff for the home, so I found everything I was looking for. The staff was super nice and helped me out with any questions I had. The store was also really clean and organized, which made shopping there fun. I'll definitely come back here again in the future.
Paid bill issue
I just had a really frustrating experience with the customer service at this store. So, I had this issue with my bill, right, and I thought I had paid it already. I called them up to ask why I was still getting charged late fees even though I made a payment the next month. The person on the phone tells me I didn't meet the minimum payment, so I got hit with more fees. It's so annoying because I wasn't even using the card anymore, but I was still getting these huge bills every month.
Then, I tried to return something in-store with my receipt, and they straight up said no. That's never happened to me before at any other store, and it left me feeling super frustrated and let down. Overall, my whole experience with this store has been really disappointing, and I definitely won't be going back or using their services again.Cute clothes

Petite clothing, shoes, accessories
I used to always shop at this store for petite clothes, shoes, and accessories, but now it's not the same. They barely have any petite items left! It's so disappointing to see the lack of Petite Caribbean Joe and almost no Alfred Dunner Petites. The quality of the shoes they have now just doesn't compare to what it used to be. And now they don't even carry Carhart clothing for men! It seems like they might be closing down because every time I go in, the store looks empty. I really miss the old Beall's.
Wrong color item online
I messed up by ordering something online from this store and it ended up being the wrong color. When I tried to send it back, I couldn't believe they wanted me to pay for the return shipping. Like, seriously, who does that? I think the company should cover the cost since it was their mistake. It's definitely not a good way to do business and it's making me think twice about shopping there in the future. It's really a bummer to see how little they care about keeping customers happy and coming back. I definitely won't be buying from them online again.
Online purchase for in-store pick up
I just bought something online and chose the store pick-up option. But when I got to the store to get my stuff, they told me I had to pay extra for that service. The person at the counter was no help at all and even decided to make a rude comment about their own company's rules. It was really disappointing to deal with such unprofessionalism and bad customer service.
Returned shoes, False advertisement
I had a really bad experience with something I bought online and needed to return. I called customer service to ask about how to return it and they told me I could go to any store location to do it. But when I went to the nearest store to return the shoes, they said they couldn't accept returns there. That was the opposite of what I was told on the phone, and it felt like they were lying to me. Since there isn't a store close to me, I had to go to UPS to ship it back, which cost me $15. I was super disappointed with the service and definitely won't shop there again.
Incorrect Size Shoes Received
I just bought some shoes online and they sent me the wrong size. I reached out to customer service, but it took forever for them to fix the problem. And to top it off, they never sent me the right shoes and didn't even refund the shipping cost. Dealing with all of this was super frustrating and took up a lot of my time. Needless to say, I was not happy with how things turned out. I wouldn't suggest shopping here if you don't want to run into the same kind of problems.
