Cleats purchase
I recently bought a pair of cleats from this company, but the sizing was way off. The shoes were supposed to be a size 9, but they felt more like an 8 when I tried them on. When I returned the cleats, I had to pay for the shipping back to the company, and they wouldn't refund me for that. I contacted customer service, and they told me they don't refund shipping costs unless there's something wrong with the item. It doesn't seem right to me, and I'm not happy with how it all turned out. I won't be buying anything else from them in the future.

I rented a utility vehicle from a car rental place for a day not too long ago. The price seemed great at first, but things went downhill fast. The vehicle I got was all banged up and filthy, definitely not in good shape. And to top it off, they hit me with a 40€ franchise fee right away, and said I could be on the hook for up to 2500€ for any damages - something they didn't make clear when I booked it.
