I was really let down by this company's return policy. It says that even if you don't open or use the item, you'll only get store credit, not your money back. It seems shady and just not right to treat customers that way.

I recently had a really disappointing experience with the service from this high-end luxury brand. So basically, I got this bag that came all messed up with scratched metal hardware, so I sent it back for a refund right away. It's really frustrating, and it's making me wonder if this brand is really as top-notch as they say they are. I just bought a jacket from this company, but it ended up being too small for me. The vehicle I got was all banged up and filthy, definitely not in good shape. And to top it off, they hit me with a 40€ franchise fee right away, and said I could be on the hook for up to 2500€ for any damages - something they didn't make clear when I booked it.
