Switched tutors, kept going
Halfway through my first week I realized the tutor swap actually works — I tried one trial lesson, didn't click, picked another with no fuss. Site felt straightforward when I signed up last month. Not perfect (scheduling can glitch), but lessons are helpful and support answers fast.
Kinda skeptical, now into it
Overall, I'm pretty pleased — I signed up a couple weeks ago and was skeptical at first, but the lessons cover algorithms, R for stats, English and philosophy plus law, psych and web design/dev. Feels good.

Halfway through a messy week I swapped tutors and felt instant relief — picking someone who fit my style was easy, booking times actually worked, and the one-on-one sessions feel solid and worth the cash, though a tiny hiccup now and then.
Mostly useful, some misses
the live tutors were patient, way better than I expected. Still, flashcard practice needs more depth.
Solid pick so far
Halfway through a session I noticed how natural the lessons feel—tutors actually listen and the platform works without too much fuss. Support fixed a billing hiccup quickly. I tried other services before and this one wins for ease and real progress, even if it's not flawless.
Trial disappeared, payment kept coming
the app actually recorded the exercises I did on day one, so I thought this would be fine. Next day my booked trial lesson was gone and all my progress vanished — just poof. Trying to reach customer service was slow and unhelpful, and worse, the “trial” turned into a recurring charge on my card. I ended up cancelling the card to stop it. I’ve had trials with other companies that at least honored the free lesson, so this felt shady. One small surprise was the app UX at first, but that didn’t save the experience.
When it finally clicked
some unbooked sessions vanished without a heads-up and I'd love a dashboard showing lost lessons. Also ran into scheduling snags when my tutor had no slots. Still glad I tried it.
