What bothered me most was that I found out the platform was still registering families into those same classes after my account was closed. I made a test account with a new email, signed up and paid for a slot in one of my old listings. They were collecting payments while I couldn’t access my own content. After a day I asked for a refund and was offered only a prorated amount, which made me suspect they were keeping courses live just long enough to collect a week or two of payments before parents noticed there was no teacher. Dry, transactional, and pretty unethical in my view. I’m a little relieved I tested it and caught it, but it cost me students and income. Recommend caution if you depend on the platform for steady work.
