My experience with the platform has been mostly positive, especially when it comes to uploading notes and getting gift cards. At first, the support team was quick to help out and I never had any problems getting my gift cards on time. Lately though, things have taken a bit of a nosedive. The support team isn't as quick to respond, my questions go unanswered for days. Plus, there have been delays in getting gift cards processed and no one bothers to let us users know what's going on. It's like we're left hanging when things don't go as planned, which can get pretty irritating. While OneClass is a solid way to make some extra cash by sharing notes, they really need to step up their game when it comes to customer support and keeping us in the loop.

OneClass pays for notes, but the amounts they give are pretty low. Plus, they take forever to pay out, and their customer service ain't too great either.

Online note uploading for cash
It's so annoying when you upload a bunch of docs to try and get those gift cards redeemed, and then you're just left waiting forever for the okay. I uploaded like 15 docs and the wait for a response was way longer than I thought it would be. It shouldn't take that dang long to look over the docs and make sure everything's good to go. When I finally reached out to customer support for help, it took them a whole three days to hit me back. Not the best when you're trying to sort things out in a hurry! As for using the site to upload notes and make some extra cash, it's fine I guess. But they seriously need to step up their game when it comes to validating everything.

But, the issue I have is with how long it takes to get my gift cards. There have been a few times where it took more than 10 business days for me to get my gift card through my PayPal account. It's annoying when I'm expecting to get paid quickly. On the plus side, the customer service team has been really helpful and quick to respond when I asked about the late gift card deliveries. They listened to my concerns and gave me some solutions to speed things up. Overall, the website is a good way to make some money on the side, but they definitely need to work on getting those gift cards out faster.
