First time Ain 2012 ,2014 and 2015 Three times rendered services for different locations Whole family enjoyed lovely stay at every locations Good experience of hospitality ,great hotels accommodation suited us as per pocket , hasel free process Question asked in 2021 Is this service is a trape? I was super impressed with the service I got from this company. The website was user-friendly and I didn't have any problems making my booking. Right after I booked, I got my itinerary in my email, which was really convenient. I didn't have to keep checking up on things since they took care of it all quickly. And when my flight got canceled, they handled my refund request right away without any issues. I just used this website to book a flight, and I was pretty happy with how it all went down. Booking my flight was easy, the price was fair, and paying was safe and simple. I really like using this website to book my Citilink Indonesia tickets! I'm not from here, so I have to use my foreign credit card to pay. Hotel booking but bad app service
I discovered NusaTrip after reading reviews on social media that said they had great prices. So, I gave it a shot and sure enough, the prices were low, but man, the service was awful. I reached out to customer service for help, but they couldn't figure things out. I asked for a refund since the e-ticket was supposed to be refundable, but they claimed it wasn't doable. So frustrating!
My booking date got changed
I booked my flight, but when I went to check it, the date was totally wrong! My birthday on my passport got mixed up and almost messed everything up. Luckily, I caught it before it was too late. But besides that scare, booking my trip was super easy and simple.
Account Issue, Lack of Customer Support, Uncertainty of Ticket Confirmation
Recently, I booked 4 tickets on this platform. Just after I finished booking, though, a big issue occurred with my account. It suddenly stopped working and every time I tried to log in, I kept getting error messages. I was pretty frustrated, so I reached out to customer support by sending four messages explaining what was going on. Unfortunately, I didn't get any response back. Not hearing anything from them made me unsure if my tickets were confirmed or not. It's kind of unsettling to think my money was taken without any confirmation.

Dealing with TravelUp was a nightmare, but NusaTrip was fantastic! Their customer service was super quick and really helpful when my flight got canceled. They not only found me a new flight but also added baggage for me. The booking process was a bit confusing with all the terms, but overall it was a great experience!

The website is really frustrating me. Every time I try to book a flight, the price goes up and my booking gets rejected. I've given it four shots on different days and it's always the same story. When I reached out to customer service, all they said was that they're just an intermediary and the airline decided to jack up the prices.
