Digital surveillance software
This software is amazing for keeping track of how my kid uses their phone. It makes me feel better that I can check in on what they're doing online and make sure they're safe. It's really easy to use, and there are a ton of cool features. I can see everything from who they're calling to how much time they spend on the internet. I know some people worry about the ethics of this kind of thing, but to me, the pros definitely outweigh the cons.

I ran into a problem with the main driver listed on my RVShare account, but thankfully Eden R from customer service was able to assist me in fixing it rapidly and effectively. It turns out I mistakenly had my husband listed as the main driver, when it should have been me. Eden patiently guided me through the process of switching the names, making sure we could hold onto the camper we had booked for our upcoming camping trip. Thanks to Eden's assistance, we are now able to anticipate a fun and worry-free vacation with our family.

I had a really bad experience with this company recently. The employees were lazy and seemed shady, trying to overcharge me. But the worst part was they took my payment and never delivered the product I bought. It felt like they just took my money and ran. Full delete kit purchase
I bought a full delete kit from this company for $1400 not too long ago. However, when I got the product, the tuner was missing. I emailed customer service about it, and they said the website showed the tuner was out of stock, even though that wasn't true. They said the tuner would be back in stock around June 25th, but I needed it sooner for my company truck. It's been over a week now, and I haven't heard back from them despite sending follow-up emails.

Braun clean and renew refill
I ordered something from the store and when it arrived, it was all leaky and gross. I talked to Adam about it and he promised to send me a replacement. However, he later changed his mind and asked me to return the defective item, even though he initially said I could just throw it away! So, I tossed it. After waiting and waiting for the new item, it never arrived. I called to inquire about it and Nickie was really nice and assisted me in getting a refund.
