Started using it this summer — lightweight, dries fast and soaks up water without feeling heavy. Folds tiny into the bag, sand brushes off like it says. Colors still okay after a few washes. Glad I bought it; I'd recommend grabbing one or two, honestly.
Return finally worked
Needed to return this because of chronic back pain and had bad experiences before. I knew I was satisfied when the courier called and took the package without drama, and the refund hit my account faster than the 30 days they promised. Small win, totally unexpected.
Last-minute towel panic

Customer service needs a coffee, or a clipboard, or both.
Suitcases packed, towels nowhere

Then customer service finally replied, admitted there was a mistake, said one item was out of stock, and let me swap it. They gave a 10% refund and upgraded to express shipping, which arrived fast. So yeah, initial hiccup sucked, but the agents were apologetic and made it right. Fits into my daily routine now, so happy overall. Would order again, just expect delays.
Late shipping, empty promises
it never arrived on time. They kept saying they’d send it out, then hours later another message saying part wasn’t in stock. That back-and-forth felt like groundhog day. I get delays happen, but the real problem was the silence after my follow-ups. I sent a bunch of messages and most were ignored, or got a vague reply that didn’t actually fix anything. After they acknowledged the stock problem, they didn’t refund like they said they would, so I opened a PayPal claim to get my money back. I don’t love doing that, but I felt I had no choice. One thing I will say: when they finally responded to one message, the person sounded polite — that was the only decent bit, and it almost made me think it could be salvaged. But then other messages went unanswered again, so the polite reply felt like window dressing. Overall, I was disappointed because I needed this for a practical reason and the missed delivery actually caused me extra pain and hassle. If you’re thinking of ordering and depend on the delivery date, be careful. The product might be fine, but their delivery and follow-up are unreliable in my experience. You’ve been warned — and yes, I did get my refund eventually through PayPal.
Half-packed and hopeful
Sun, luggage half-packed, still I clicked buy. I’d used them before so I wasn’t worried at first. I needed four beach towels for a last-minute trip — bad back so I wanted quick-dry, lightweight ones. Even so, I had a little nagging doubt about dispatch because the site brags about next-day shipping. Confirmation came Sunday, then radio silence. No tracking, no updates, nothing for a week. That annoyed me. When the package finally showed up it was fine. Towels look and feel good. Colors are as pictured. They dry fast, so my back was happier on the trip. Customer service was slow to respond when I asked what was going on, but eventually they replied. So yeah, not perfect. Delivery was the weak link. Price felt fair. Ordering itself was easy though. I won’t pretend it was flawless, but the product delivered what I needed. Might buy again, but I’ll allow for a delay next time.
Doggie towel purchase
This towel is amazing for doggie bath time! It makes drying off your pup so much faster and easier, and the hand pockets are a brilliant idea to avoid any towel disasters during bath time madness. The soft waffle material really absorbs a ton of water, so Magda looks a bit less sad after her bath. And the fun designs add some style to a boring task. I really adore these towels, ponchos, and picnic blankets! They're great for vacations or beach trips, we always bring them along and they come in handy.
