Recent online purchase
I recently bought something from this company online and it was a big disappointment. The Customer Service was terrible, and they didn't handle the missing items from my order well at all. Claire, the rep I talked to, was no help and didn't seem to care about fixing the problem. Even after I contacted them more than once, nothing got resolved, and I had to turn to PayPal to get my money back. My whole experience with this company was a major disappointment.
Bath products purchase
The bath products at this store are just amazing! I recently bought some stuff online and was so happy with all the different options they had. The products are top-notch and smell so good. The only downside was that one of the items was missing from my order when I got it. But when I contacted customer service, they told me it was on backorder, which I wish they had told me earlier. Thankfully, I got the missing item within two weeks and was really happy with how everything turned out. The customer service team was really helpful and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I'll definitely be coming back again because of the awesome products and service!
Hand sanitizer addiction
I have to admit, I'm totally hooked on this hand sanitizer, but I gotta say, it's seriously impressive. I love that it's free of any yucky chemicals, and now it's a part of my everyday routine. Not only does it keep those germs away, but it also smells so good it always puts a smile on my face. My friends are always shocked when I let them try it, because they can't believe it's actually a sanitizer. The only thing I wish is that they were more upfront about which products are in stock on the website. I really wanted to get the Verbena scent, but had to settle for something else because it was sold out. Still, the sanitizer I got was pretty awesome too.
Bath and body products
Sabon has quickly become my favorite brand for bath and body products. I love that they use natural ingredients and don't have any harsh chemicals, it makes me feel good about what I'm using on my skin. The scents they have are so unique and I always enjoy using them. I've tried a bunch of their stuff, from lotions to room diffusers, and I've never been let down. My absolute favorite scent is the vanilla-patchouli-lavender, I just can't get enough of it. Even with my super sensitive skin, I've never had any issues with irritation, which is a huge relief. The only downside is that I don't live in NYC anymore, so I can't easily go to one of their gorgeous stores. Now I have to order online, but the quality of the products makes it totally worth it. If you ever find yourself in NYC, I really recommend checking out a Sabon store.
Advent Calendar
I bought an advent calendar for a Girls Night Out from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, I was super let down by the quality. When I opened it up, six of the boxes were totally empty, and a bunch of the other ones had been sliced open with a box cutter. It was so awkward giving it to my friends, and when I tried to get in touch with Customer Service about it, I never heard back. I won't be ordering from them again, that's for sure.
