Luxurious Advent Calendar purchase
Wow, I just have to say that this Advent Calendar was absolutely incredible! I couldn't wait for it to come out, and let me tell you, it totally lived up to the hype. The items inside were so luxurious and top-notch, definitely worth every dollar. The website was super easy to use and ordering was a breeze. Optimal Skin Pro-Serum purchase
I just bought the Optimal Skin Pro-Serum and I gotta say, I am so impressed with the results! This serum really helped with my dry and flaky skin, and on top of that, it made my skin texture and appearance look a lot better. The website was super easy to use, and I liked that there were different payment options to choose from. Plus, getting free samples and a kit for spending a certain amount was a nice bonus. I was pleasantly surprised by the pop-up offering an extra 10 percent off my purchase, which made my whole shopping experience even better.
Sample moisturizer from a luxury spa
I just had the most incredible spa day and they gave me a little sample of this moisturizer that totally blew my mind. I tried it out and knew right away I had to buy more. Discount code issue
I ran into an issue when I was trying to use a discount code while making a purchase. The system wouldn't let me put in the code, which was pretty frustrating. But when I contacted customer service, they helped me right away and gave me a 10% discount on my order. With my experience in retail management, I really appreciate the fast response and great customer service from the team.
Facial serum purchase
I was really let down by that facial serum I bought at the store. It seemed like it would work wonders, but the price just didn't make sense to me. I couldn't see myself paying top dollar for something that didn't deliver on its promises. The quality didn't match the high cost, which left me feeling pretty disappointed with my buy. I was definitely expecting better from such a well-known brand.
Awesome gift set
Last year, I got this really awesome gift set with a bunch of amazing products in it. I used up every last bit of it and it was so much fun trying out all those new things. It made me feel so fancy and mature. So now, I thought I would get the same gift set for my friend because I know she will love it just as much as I did. It's like sharing the joy, you know?
Face balancing/treatment oil
I was so bummed when I found out my favorite product was sold out. I've been using it for over 20 years and was really looking forward to getting some more. I do appreciate the promos and free samples, but I really wish they had my usual product in stock. I'm gonna try out a different one and cross my fingers for good results.
Bundle gift pack purchase
The website was so easy to use and the gift pack options are amazing - way better deal than buying things separately. Only thing is, it would be nice to have some travel sizes available for us folks who are always on the go. But, all in all, I’m really pleased with what I got and I’ll definitely be coming back for more skincare stuff.

The skincare and bath products at this place are absolutely amazing! I just love how top-notch they are and how soothing they feel on my skin. I always make sure to have extras of my favorite products so I never run out. It's seriously the best stuff I've ever used!
Amazing for skin
I am totally in love with ESPA. they have the best things that i ever want to put on my skin. I am trying the lip care too, i guess i am going to stick with ESPA for longer than i expected
