Jordan sneakers
I ordered a pair of Jordan sneakers from this company not long ago, but I never got my shoes. I paid $200 for them, and I've tried reaching out to them through email and phone calls multiple times, but they haven't responded at all. It's really frustrating and totally unacceptable. I won't be buying from them again.

I just got some new checks and address labels from this company. The checks are really nice and came pretty fast, but I ran into a problem with my order. I called to place my order and asked for my phone number to be added to the checks, which they did right. But I also ordered the matching address labels, and I still haven't gotten them. This is my second time ordering from this company, and I've always been happy with how quickly they deliver. But this time, I'm not completely satisfied with how things went.

Plus, they surprisingly held up well during a few unexpected hikes. So far, these shoes are doing great - two thumbs up!

Bought a car cover, $160
I bought a really awesome car cover for my ride a few months back and I was super pumped to try it out. But you won't believe what happened - it started falling apart after only a short time! Can you imagine? The cover turned all white and began disintegrating like a cookie. When I went to take it off, there were all these gross white particles flying around everywhere! It was like a snowstorm, but way nastier. I even had to wear a mask because I didn't want to breathe in all that mess. And to top it off, the top part ripped open, leaving my car totally exposed. Definitely not cool.

The stuff came in this cheap cardboard box that ripped as soon as I touched it, and there wasn't even a proper container for the powder inside. I expected way better from a brand like yours. Quality packaging is super important to me as a customer because it kinda reflects the brand's reputation, you know? But this time around, the packaging was seriously lacking and didn't meet my expectations at all.
