The two women working there were super helpful and happened to have the exact chain I needed, so they replaced it right away. Their customer service was amazing and turned a crappy situation into a good one. I've always liked their stuff, but this really sealed the deal for me.
My mom's anniversary bracelet
My mom's bracelet actually arrived a day earlier than we expected, but it turned out to be no problem because Monica Vinader did a great job of keeping us in the loop about when it would get here.
