I bought a dishwasher from AJ Madison not too long ago, but I was pretty disappointed with how everything turned out. Ordering it was a pain because it took weeks for it to even get shipped. And then when I finally set up a delivery date, it got canceled and hasn't been rescheduled yet. Every time I ask about my order, the customer service folks give me different excuses and aren't much help at all. This kind of mess is just not okay in today's competitive market.

"Jeans with fit issues"
The customer service folks were really nice when I had to swap out a messed up item. But when I got the new pair, they fit totally different than the jeans I first bought. It seems like they might've changed the design because this new pair was all baggy in the knees and just didn't look good on me. The fit was off, especially for supposed to be the perfect fit jeans.

In the end, they tried to offer me a lower model, which I wasn't interested in. Overall, it felt like a really unprofessional and poorly managed company.

I got a dress and there’s a piece ripping but since I would rarely be wearing it I ignored it. The part that I do not like about them is that I mainly chose this website for clothes because it said returns were easy, that clearly was not true. I asked for a refund and they offered me a 12% coupon for my next order INSTEAD of my refund and if I do ship it back I have to pay for the shipping fee out of my pocket. The outfits were okay but not worth as much I paid.
Me as well , their return policy is a joke.
Tamika I am in the same boat!!! I placed my order March 18, paid extra for the expedited shipping. I have reached out to customer support 3 times and still no tracking information is available. They told me yesterday only 1 out of 3 dresses I ordered had been processed and is ready to ship.
I want to order off of it but idk now

It's the best investment we ever made, and the most comfortable mattress I ever slept on. My husband loves it too, and my girls want the twin sizes for their rooms.
