Emergency surgery coverage
I just had to submit a claim for emergency surgery expenses while I was traveling, and I had a really smooth experience with the claims process through Travelex. It was easy for me to file my claim and upload all the receipts I needed on their website. They kept me in the loop throughout the whole process, with clear and quick communication. I got an email right away letting me know my claim was approved and how much I would be reimbursed. A few days later, a check arrived in my mailbox covering all my medical expenses and the costs of my disrupted trip, just like they promised. I'm really impressed with how professional and honest this insurance company is, and I'll definitely be getting their coverage for all my future trips abroad.

I bought insurance for this trip to Antarctica I took in January 2022, but it got cut short because of Covid on the cruise ship. Even though I waited about 8-9 months to file my claim, I was happy with how quick and efficient they were in helping me out. They told me I had a year to get all the necessary paperwork in for the day I missed on the trip (which was about 10% of the total cost), and they reviewed my claim in just 4 weeks and paid me back right away. The whole process was super easy and smooth, so I'll definitely be sticking with Travelex Insurance for all my future travels.

I've been buying international travel insurance from this company for years, and their service always impresses me. Whenever I've had to make a claim because something unexpected happened during my trips, they've been quick to help out and pay up without any issues. Travel insurance has become a must-have for me, especially with all my international travel, and this company always covers me and gives me the support I need. I'd definitely suggest them to anyone who needs reliable travel insurance.
Trip refund
I had to cancel my trip because of this dumb COVID-19, and Travelex hooked me up with a quick refund. They didn't hassle me with a bunch of questions, which was a relief because who needs that kind of headache when you're already bummed about missing your vacation? I was scared I'd be waiting forever to get my money back, but it only took a week! If I ever need travel insurance again, I'd definitely go with them.
Luggage insurance
I was so amazed by how awesome the insurance company was when our luggage got stolen! From the moment we called, they were super friendly and helpful. I was crying my eyes out, but the person on the phone remained calm and guided me through everything. It was really amazing!
Claim process
Filing a claim because my trip got cancelled was pretty easy. I filled out the claim form and got all the right documents without any problems. I liked being able to email them for any info I needed. But it was a bummer that they didn't keep me in the loop during the review. It would have been nice to get updates every week on how things were going. Even with that though, they ended up covering my claim in full and the money was quickly deposited right into my bank account.

I was so happy with the service I got from this insurance company when setting up my travel insurance policy. The agent found my old policy fast and smoothly switched to getting a new one for me that matched what I liked before. It was all done quickly and easily, which made the whole thing really nice. I'll for sure be coming back to this company next time I need travel insurance. Thanks a lot for the fantastic service!
Trip insurance purchase
I bought trip insurance from this company and luckily didn't have to use it. But it gave me peace of mind knowing I had protection in case anything unexpected happened during my trip. They kept me updated on my benefits and any changes due to COVID rules or quarantine choices. All in all, I was happy with their service and would think about using them again.
Reasonable quote, minimum coverage options, user-friendly website
I just called to ask about insurance for my fancy trip and got a really good quote. I liked that I wasn't pushed to cover everything, just got the option for the minimum coverage. The website was easy to use which made it simple. Luckily, I didn't have to make any claims on my trip, but it was nice to know I had the coverage just in case.
Slow payout
I wouldn't recommend this company if you care about keeping in touch. It took them forever to pay up, all while staying quiet for months. In today's world, it should be a no-brainer that companies are open and communicative. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. AIG and Chubb, on the other hand, have no problem keeping their customers informed.
Policy changes due to work conditions
I've been dealing with some work stuff while I was abroad, and I needed to make some changes to my Travelex Insurance policy. But man, trying to get in touch with someone from the company was a nightmare. I just couldn't find anyone to help me figure out how to make the changes I needed. My work situation is always changing, so I need to be able to adjust my policy without all this hassle.
Great trip insurance
Trip insurance has always seemed pretty lame to me, but let me tell you - Travelex is awesome! They make everything so simple and it doesn't break the bank. Now, I swear by Travelex for all of my trips. No more throwing away money on questionable insurance.
