Collagen powder for osteoarthritis
I've been using this collagen powder from this company for a few months now to try and help with my osteoarthritis, especially in my hands. The label said I should have two scoops (which is 2 Tbs.) each day, and it was working pretty well for me. I'd mix it in my morning coffee and it would ease my hand pain throughout the day. But then when I got a new jar from a different store, the label said there's 'no scoop' and I should take 4 Tbs. now. I tried to stick with my 2 Tbs. like before, but my hands started hurting and feeling stiff by the evening. Plus, the powder now doesn't mix well and leaves this yucky residue at the bottom of my cup even after I stir really well. I think maybe they added more filler to it. I don't want to pay twice as much for something that doesn't work the same, so I'm gonna have to find something else that helps.
