Password manager purchase
I recently bought a password manager that works really well and is easy to use. It helps me keep all my passwords safe and organized. But sometimes it pops up on certain apps and websites when I don't need it to, which is kind of annoying. Also, the Breach Watch feature hasn't been very helpful because it only tells me about passwords I already knew were weak. It doesn't give me any new or useful information. I've also noticed that my account doesn't show me clearly how much I'm paying, which makes me a little worried as a customer. Overall, I think the product is good, but there are definitely some areas that could be improved to make it even better for users like me.

Idea is great,this is really painful to keep all passwords memorized always either of own sites, Google's, banks ,lockers etc
I am plus 50 of age and realized it,this is big issue.Always go for "change passwords ,enter this and that"very painful process.
There are some options all sites ask user "will u like us to save your password" but this is never safe and advisable too.We know a hard fact that all such social and non social sites selling data to earn money.

Password manager review
The user interface on this product is really great, especially when I'm using the Apple iOS App. It makes it super easy to manage and organize all of my passwords. However, I have to say that I'm not a big fan of the Keeper Fill extension when I use Safari on my Mac. It's annoying and just ends up causing me more problems than it's worth. So, I turned it off and now I just copy and paste my login info manually. Despite that issue, I've been using this password manager for the last two years and it's really helped me keep my accounts safe and organized.

Meh, it's okay.
Yeah, it's alright, I suppose. It does the job, but the website doesn't seem to function properly in Firefox for OSX. The design of the user interface seems outdated, and it's a hassle to add things because it requires so many clicks. What frustrates me the most is that the autofill feature on Firefox for OSX doesn't work properly on a lot of websites, or sometimes it just stops working altogether. It's really annoying, and I can't seem to find a solution for it.

I recently switched from Lastpass to Keeper because of a recent incident. I did a lot of research before making the move, and I was able to transfer all my details without any problems. Browser plugins
The browser plugins from this company were just awful to use - truly the worst I've ever come across. I ended up turning them off completely because they were just so terrible. And don't even get me started on the mobile app - it was really clumsy, always assuming things about what I wanted to do and constantly having slow network issues. The bugs never seem to get fixed, as the desktop app still randomly acts up. If it wasn't for company rules, I'd definitely switch over to a competitor like 1password, which is a huge improvement in every way.

I've been using this awesome app for a while now, and it's honestly the greatest. I can use it on all my devices and easily share it with my family and friends. I really wish I had found it sooner!
Super easy to use
I really like how simple it is to use, and it's great that I can access it on different devices without constantly having to enter a password. The only thing that bothers me is having to use my email as my username and not being able to switch it up.
Log-in security improvement
Keeper's lack of response to user feedback is really frustrating. I've been telling them for years that they should let users log in with an authenticator app or 2FA instead of having to type their password every single time. Every time I bring this up, they give me the same old response about how they appreciate my feedback and will pass it on to the tech team. But it's obvious that they're not really listening, since nothing has changed. It's disappointing to see a company ignore such helpful advice from their own customers. Keeper sticking with passwords just seems so old-fashioned and basic, especially for those of us who don't really trust putting our biometric info online. This lack of progress and willingness to change makes me worried about Keeper's mindset. If I could do it all over again, I definitely wouldn't go with Keeper, since they obviously don't care about what users think.
Expensive subscription
Man, it's so annoying! I wanted to cancel my account, but they make you pay a bunch of money for that! And you can't even talk to customer support unless you shell out some cash. I used to pay for it already, now they want more money just to help me out? It's really frustrating! I just want to have control over my own things!
Software usability

For one, when you're trying to find certain files, you have to be super specific with the search engine, which can be annoying. Also, the pop-up bubbles that ask if you want to save info disappear so fast, it's hard to pick the right choice. And sometimes, Keeper doesn't connect to the right site, so I have to type in my security details manually. Plus, it's been a little tougher than I thought to learn how to use all the features effectively.
