I remember the exact moment I relaxed — after a couple tickets I got answers in under an hour, clear steps and actually helpful, polite people. Small gripe about follow-ups, but overall I'm nicely surprised and relieved.
Made the switch, pleasantly surprised
try chat support if you need help.
Weird password ideas
lots of odd special characters most sites won't accept, so I end up cutting them out. Not a dealbreaker, just extra fiddly and a bit slow.
Not perfect but does the job
I use it every day to keep logins for work and home machines, and the sync actually just works, which is nice. Browser plug-in and desktop app are handy. Setup email took longer than I expected and support was a bit slow, but they helped. Recommended by a friend, not flawless but reliable for daily use.
Inbox overload, sadly
I was halfway through signing up for the free trial and really liked the app's clean layout, so I canceled right away - but then started getting daily 'update your account' emails. Kinda annoying, especially since I opted out. I actually like the tool; wish they'd stop the spam and respect cancellations.
Keeper fits the bill
it won’t always autofill my name/address and I end up clicking a couple more times, but overall it gets the job done.
Charged again—sorted, but messy
I canceled over a year ago and still got billed for another year — had to file a dispute with my credit card. That part got fixed, so I'm kind of relieved, but it's been a hassle: weekly renewal emails kept landing in my inbox for 16 months and their site/app went down randomly, which left me locked out of passwords a couple times. Also felt pushed with constant upsell pitches. Tip: keep cancellation confirmations and screenshots, you'll need them.
Forgot the key, got lucky
I totally forgot to jot down the vault password, so I was stuck using face unlock only. Support kept answering me every day, patient and practical, and when they offered to transfer my membership to a new account I realized I wouldn’t have to start over. I use this app for everyday receipts and passwords, so when they suggested a simple workaround I actually breathed a sigh of relief — that’s the moment I felt confident about sticking with it.
Mid-renewal headache — felt like pleading to cancel
two weeks before the next charge I tried to do the sensible thing and cancel. I’d signed up months ago because we had that security scare at work and needed a central password tool fast — I was nervous about cloud vaults and price, but the feature set seemed to solve the problem. Fast-forward to trying to leave and my doubts about buying? They came back, but bigger. There was no obvious “cancel” button in the admin panel. Instead I had to open a support ticket, and then...they asked me to schedule a call to explain why I wasn’t renewing. A call. To cancel. So I booked it, half amused, half annoyed, thinking maybe they’d talk me out of it with a discount or actually just flip a switch. The rep did try to discuss competitors and made it clear the subscription would technically remain until renewal; their plan was to turn off auto-billing and manually tidy up accounts later. Bottom line: the product works fine for organizing credentials — that part kept my initial worries at bay — but the cancellation process felt like a stunt. Felt unnecessarily painful and slightly manipulative. I’m left pragmatic and a bit miffed; useful tool, questionable customer control.
Slow slide from useful to unreliable
I needed this while packing for a move and dealing with a sore back, so I wanted quick access to a lot of logins without fuss. It did the job at first. Desktop autofill was fine. The phone app often failed to show anything, so I had to open the app and copy passwords by hand. That was annoying but tolerable. Then they charged me three weeks before my renewal, without warning. That messed up my budget. Support was inconsistent. Some reps helped a bit, others not at all, and nobody owned the case. Now I can’t even get into my account to sort it or cancel. I stayed because the price seemed okay after the trial, but that changed. Not perfect, still works in parts, but I’m moving everything away.
Relief at last
Funny thing, I almost gave up—seriously, I did. After weeks of silence I finally got a reply and that moment, honestly, I knew they had my back. The agent actually read everything, apologized (nice), and fixed the issue within a day. It wasn't perfect—there were a few emails back and forth, and I had to nudge them—but the outcome really made me happy. I wish they'd add a phone line though, that would stop the worry. Overall relieved and pleasantly surprised; would recommend, just be patient.
Woke up to a charge
I woke up to a charge on my card and thought, uh‑oh — no reminder, no heads‑up. The app works fine, but their customer service and the "delivery" of billing info are weak. Cancelling felt like walking through molasses (no self‑serve option), and support replies were slow and kinda vague and took time. If you care about straightforward billing, use Apple/Google subs instead — they've bailed me out before. Good product, annoying billing; left me a bit drained, honestly.
Simple password management
I really love using this password management tool because I only have to remember one password. It works so well on all of my devices, which makes everything a lot easier for me. At first, I was a little concerned about setting up all my different passwords, but it was actually super simple and didn't take long at all. I think this tool is great for anyone who wants to improve their online security in today's cyber world.
Meh, it's okay.
Yeah, it's alright, I suppose. It does the job, but the website doesn't seem to function properly in Firefox for OSX. The design of the user interface seems outdated, and it's a hassle to add things because it requires so many clicks. What frustrates me the most is that the autofill feature on Firefox for OSX doesn't work properly on a lot of websites, or sometimes it just stops working altogether. It's really annoying, and I can't seem to find a solution for it.
Password manager
I just started using this awesome password manager and I love it! It's only $3 a month, such a great deal. The interface is so user-friendly, even my grandma could use it. There are so many helpful features that really make things easier. It's like a dream come true!
Secure password manager
I've been using this password manager for years on my computer and phone, and I love how it syncs instantly between both devices. The price is totally worth the convenience and security it provides. I'll never switch to another password manager - this one is perfect for me.
Security software purchase
I recently switched from Lastpass to Keeper because of a recent incident. I did a lot of research before making the move, and I was able to transfer all my details without any problems. The only issue I had was with the autofill feature, but the Support team was really helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. I highly recommend Keeper as a password manager.
Password manager purchase
I recently bought a password manager that works really well and is easy to use. It helps me keep all my passwords safe and organized. But sometimes it pops up on certain apps and websites when I don't need it to, which is kind of annoying. Also, the Breach Watch feature hasn't been very helpful because it only tells me about passwords I already knew were weak. It doesn't give me any new or useful information. I've also noticed that my account doesn't show me clearly how much I'm paying, which makes me a little worried as a customer. Overall, I think the product is good, but there are definitely some areas that could be improved to make it even better for users like me.
Basic password manager
When I first set it up, it took a while, but once I figured everything out, the password manager worked really well. One thing that was annoying was when I imported logins from different browsers, it added duplicates that I had to delete myself. Also, the security audit only shows passwords used multiple times but doesn't say where. It's a bit tricky to get the hang of, but if you're patient and use the website resources, the password manager is actually pretty easy to use.
Password Manager Review
The password manager software has really changed the game for me. It's boosted my security and given me peace of mind by working seamlessly across all my devices. The auto-fill feature is super handy and being able to store all my data securely at my fingertips is a game changer. I love that it helps me make strong passwords or even generates them for me. Now I don't let my passwords get outdated since it's so easy to change and keep track of them. I definitely recommend this software if you want to step up your digital security.
