Awesome Bibi
Bibi was awesome - so professional and helpful! She answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. She was super nice and even cracked some jokes to make me laugh!
Subscription Cancellation
I've been pretty happy with the service for a while, but lately I've been having some issues with customer service, logging in, alerts, and monitoring. I decided to cancel my subscription because of it. Customer service has been less helpful with long wait times and calls getting cut off, so I couldn't get help when I needed it. Also, I've been having trouble logging in, which made me worry about how secure my account was. Not being able to see email alerts on the account page made me question if they were even reliable. I was also concerned about not knowing much about the monitoring capabilities and not being able to customize what was monitored. When I canceled my subscription, I was upset to find out that all my family members were removed from my account.
3 years customer - No complaints
I've been with this company for 3 years now, and let me tell you, they are absolutely amazing! My information is always safe and secure, and I never have any issues. It's like having my own personal online bodyguard watching out for me.
Identity Guard purchase
I started using this service last year and it was great. However, things took a turn when I changed jobs and got a new phone number this year. It turned into a complete nightmare. I had trouble logging in and when I reached out to customer service, they just went ahead and changed my number without even checking my identity! It felt really shady and I didn't feel secure at all. On top of that, I sent them an email about the issue and it's been 5 days without a response. I feel like I wasted my money because my security is basically nonexistent right now.
Assistance from Bibi
I had an awesome experience with this lady who helped me out with some identity theft concerns. She was super patient, really understanding, and she totally knew her stuff. Made everything so much simpler for me. I didn't even realize how important this service was until I had this talk with her.
Fraud alert issue
I had a major issue with fraud going on, so I called the company multiple times to try to sort it out. The first person I talked to wasn't too helpful and ended up getting some stuff mixed up. Then I called again today and the first person I spoke with kind of dismissed my problem without much of an explanation. But then Bibi gave me a call and she was awesome - super helpful and really broke everything down for me. She even went above and beyond by contacting another company to double-check some things. Her suggestions were spot on, and now I'm feeling a lot more confident about sticking around with this company.
Plan upgrade
I recently upgraded my plan and had a few questions about it. Ms. Mary and Ms. Judith were incredibly helpful and were able to answer all of my questions. They made me feel more comfortable about going ahead with the upgrade. I really appreciate their fantastic customer service!
Fraudulent check resolution
I just have to give a huge shoutout to the rep at this company for taking care of that whole mess with the fake check so quickly and effectively. My bank was giving me the runaround and this rep swooped in and got my money back in a flash. They were so patient, smart, and on top of things - I can't thank them enough for coming to my rescue like that. I really appreciate all their help.
Identity Theft Protection
I recently used this company for identity theft protection and I have to say, I was really impressed by how professional and helpful the staff was. From my first call to the Alerts & Restoration Department, Alex and Jeff were super knowledgeable and made the whole process easy for me. They really went out of their way to help me out, even reaching out to another organization about the alert. The options they gave me were easy to understand and I felt good about the advice they gave. I'm really glad I picked this company for identity protection, their service was top-notch.

Jeff was amazing! He really helped me figure out how to deal with the issues on my credit. Instead of just telling me to call the Bank, he had a bunch of other suggestions too! I was totally confused before talking to him, but he made everything clear. Jeff is seriously fantastic!

I gotta say, working with this amazing representative, BIBI, while getting a protection plan was a real treat. BIBI was top-notch in every way during our whole interaction. Right from the start when I asked for help, BIBI showed so much care, thoughtfulness, and patience. She really went the extra mile to make sure I knew all my choices and felt secure throughout the whole thing. I truly appreciate her hard work and professionalism.
Dissatisfied customer
I've been using this service for a while now and I just gotta say, it's just not worth the money. They didn't even catch when my Social Security number was compromised on the dark web, and on top of that, when I tried to cancel my subscription, their customer service was awful. I'd recommend saving your cash and finding a better monitoring service.
Tech support assistance
I just had to get some help with installing this program, and it turns out there were some missing files causing error messages. This guy Patrik from tech support was super helpful and really knew his stuff. He walked me through deleting the right files and even took the time to explain why. Thanks to him, I not only got the program up and running, but I also picked up some new computer knowledge along the way. His great work definitely made this whole experience a successful one.
Caught credit card fraud
I am so grateful to Identity Guard for quickly catching credit card fraud on my account. They sent me an email asking about a new credit card that I didn't open, and it turned out someone had used all my personal info to get it online. This was really scary for me. But thanks to Identity Guard, I was able to contact the card issuer right away and stop any transactions they tried. Also, the Identity Guard team helped me figure out how to tell the credit report agencies about the fraud so that my credit report stayed safe and accurate. I really appreciate their fast and helpful support when I was stressed out.
My credit got attacked
My credit got hit three times in just three days, so I had to freeze everything. Can you believe it? Turns out, someone went and opened up a credit union account in my name!
Quick and efficient resolution
The person I talked to from customer service was super nice, really knew their stuff, and gave me easy-to-follow directions on how to get things done. It was actually fun dealing with them. I haven't had customer service that good in forever, and it totally made my week. I got my problem fixed fast and even picked up some new info along the way. Definitely a top-notch experience!

I was totally flipping out when I got a credit alert, but man, this guy Jeff over at that place really came through for me. He took all my info, got me in touch with the bank to straighten things out, and even gave me some tips on how to protect myself moving forward. I'm so glad I signed up for this service, they really know what they're doing!
Excellent customer service
My experience with the customer service rep, Deijah, was amazing. She was super helpful, really professional, and knew her stuff, which made dealing with Identity Guard so easy. Deijah was patient, polite, and even kept things interesting during our chat. I can't emphasize enough how crucial it is to have such hardworking and effective reps like her. This was my second time talking to her, and I honestly think she should be duplicated for how awesome she is at her job.
Uh oh, identity theft!
Being a victim of identity theft totally sucks. Luckily, this company called 'privacy protector' had my back the whole time during the investigation. They were there making calls with me and promised to stick around to keep me safe. If you're not already protected, you should definitely think about signing up with them.
