Fraudulent check resolution
I just have to give a huge shoutout to the rep at this company for taking care of that whole mess with the fake check so quickly and effectively. My bank was giving me the runaround and this rep swooped in and got my money back in a flash. They were so patient, smart, and on top of things - I can't thank them enough for coming to my rescue like that. I really appreciate all their help.

Cancelled subscription due to issues
I was really looking forward to trying out this service, but I have to say I was pretty disappointed in the end. The deliveries were always messed up - wrong items, wrong days. And the food wasn't as healthy or balanced as I was expecting, especially for the price I was shelling out. I get that it's supposed to be a vegan service, but I was hoping for more protein options. The smoothies were tasty, but definitely not worth the steep price.
