So I open the box and half the stuff is... soft. Not great. I get that deliveries can go sideways in heat, but what annoyed me more was getting slow, canned email replies — had to follow up more than once. They charge extra for "package protection" but then don’t seem to pack it well, which feels unfair. On the plus side, a couple items actually tasted better than I expected, props for flavors. Still, I’d like them to step up packing (more dry ice?) and offer a real phone line or faster replies. If you’re buying, maybe expect some risk in summer. I wanted to like them, and parts are good, but service and shipping need real improvement.
