Subscription cancellation struggle
It was really hard for me to cancel my subscription with this company, even though I did everything they asked on their website. I filled out the form like they said, but never heard back from them. I still got charged in full and got the next shipment, even though I tried to cancel. It's so frustrating and feels like a scam because they don't seem to care about honoring cancellation requests.

I love this company, they have some amazing bundles. Last time, I grabbed the Star Wars Collection and got a little confused. I thought I was getting 26 games, but it was actually just 9 games repeated 3 times. I should have paid closer attention to the titles, but it felt a bit shady. Despite that, I still enjoy purchasing bundles from this site.

Big transaction mix-up
The store made a mistake with my bank card, they charged me 14.47£. Then, this Only Fans platform came along and took 50$, which is 39.36£. I have a feeling these transactions are related in some way. I'm crossing my fingers that I can get my money back by filing a chargeback. Watch out for these scammers, everyone!

I just got some clothes from this company and I gotta say, their customer service is top-notch. I've shopped from them a few times now and every time my stuff gets sent out real quick. One time, I had to send back my last order because both things were too big on me. DHL ended up losing the package, but Care of Carl was on it and gave me a refund right away. VIP credit issues
Man, this website is such a rip-off! They talk about giving you these VIP credits, but good luck using them on anything good. You're limited to only a few items or bundles, which is such a waste of time. Plus, if you try to use them on sale items, they magically go back to full price. It's like they don't want you to save any money at all. And to make things even worse, their clothes are made in China, so they should be cheap, right? Nope, they throw on an import tax on top of everything. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

I called customer service right away to cancel, and I even saw on FedEx that the shipment was canceled. But, surprise surprise, I still got the package. Turns out AutoAnything sneakily reshipped it even after I canceled. Now I have to go through the trouble and expense of returning something I didn't want in the first place. This sneaky move definitely doesn't sit right with me, so I won't be shopping with AutoAnything again.
