One time, I had to send back my last order because both things were too big on me. DHL ended up losing the package, but Care of Carl was on it and gave me a refund right away. Sneakers with a big hole and dirt on the soles - yuck!
I bought these really pricey sneakers, but can you believe they came in all messed up? There's a huge slash on the toe of one, and both of them have dirt on the bottoms. Plus, I found a stupid pebble stuck in the heel of the one that's not even messed up. Seriously, did someone wear these before and then return them? Eww!

It was obvious those shoes weren't just damaged, but they looked like they'd been worn, returned, and then sold to me. I'm really unhappy with the quality here and I want to know why I got such a lousy product.
