Luxury purchase
I can't believe they thought it was a good idea to send luxury items in such plain, boring packaging. I mean, seriously, when you're spending a lot of money on high-end products, you want the whole unboxing experience to be amazing. The packaging just seemed cheap and really took away from the luxury vibe of the items inside. It's like buying a fancy car and having it show up in a plain cardboard box - not cool.
On a brighter note, everything else about my experience was awesome. The website was easy to use, ordering was seamless, and customer service was quick to respond. The prices were similar to other luxury stores, and delivery was fast. Oh my gosh, so I ordered some clothes online and they seriously arrived like lightning speed! Like, I was totally shocked. And when I opened the package, each item was wrapped up in its own cute little bag, which I thought was pretty neat. But then, I noticed that one of the items was too small, so I had to send it back. But get this, they included a shipping label so I could return it for free! That was seriously sweet of them. All in all, the whole return process was a breeze and super quick. And the customer service folks were really friendly too.

I'm really happy with my purchase of a Versace Couture purse from this website. They had a great selection of items from different brands, and the prices were totally reasonable for someone like me on a regular budget. The purse was exactly what I was hoping for - beautiful and well-made. I got it just a week after ordering, and the extra dust bag was a nice surprise. Hoodie and shorts
I got this hoodie and some shorts from this place, it was pretty neat. I placed my order and it arrived super quickly. The clothes were nice, but the packaging wasn't the best. The box seemed like it went through some rough handling before reaching me, like it was tossed around or something. Thankfully, the clothes were fine, but it could've been an issue if I wanted to give them as a gift or something.

Multiple items
I don't usually leave reviews as I have a pretty high tolerance when it comes to mistakes that can happen in life. However, this has been a nightmare of an experience for me. I ordered an item that said in stock on their website for my friend's birthday gift. After a month of waiting an seeing my order status never changed, I decided to contact their customer service. Note that no one has contacted me until I reached out. The customer care told me that they couldn't locate my item in the warehouse and will have to cancel the order and offered me 15% off my next purchase.
I decided to let it go and placed another order since I thought the discount was a decent gesture for their mistake. My second order was never fulfilled AGAIN after two weeks of waiting and they sent me the exact same email.
I'm not sure if they think 15% off is an amazing offer that will help people to forget about their problems but my time is way more valuable and the time wasted on this single purchase and website was like no other in my entire online shopping experiences.
Definitely would not recommend for anyone
