I admire the ssense very much , about their reputation of bringing tons of top notch brands , providing a huge range in clothing. I bought clothes from here a while ago. And with these brands, there is no question of quality. so good work, there.

They brought me a lot of troubles, esp during pandemic and wasted me a lot of time.

I liked Ssense until the recent issue with my order. I placed the order ending with 8404 on December 30 around 10 AM EST. The order status has been freezing with no update. I contacted customer service and I was advised that the order was being packed. Then on December 31, I placed another order with a different item, the order ending with 9654. After an hour, the second order changed from Received to Processing while the status of the first order was still Received. I contacted customer service and got rudely agents. The agents could not answer why the second order changed the status but not the first one. The first agent used the word “I told you...” like I was an idiot. I rated bad for the second agent and I got this reply “I saw you rated me bad...” Ssense, I am a Canadian. I want to support domestic business but you have a terrible customer service team. At the time writing this review, the first order’s status has not been updated at all, Received. The second order’s status changes to Shipped. This does not make sense to me. Updated Jan 2, 2021: the reply I got from CS was that they’d ship out within 3 business days. This is not truth. This is the info on Ssense website “ Once your order is placed a standard processing time of up to 2 business days is required before the order is shipped out.” This is what I am talking about. CS agents do not even know what the company’s policies are. How could they help customers? Jan 4, 2020: I was informed that there might be an issue with the stock after multiple checking with CS agents. I contacted CS multiple time from morning to afternoon, all of them assured me that there was no issue with the order. Then in the evening, an agent told me there might be stock issue. They would contact the warehouse and got back to me. It would take 48 business hours for the warehouse to respond. Unfortunately, I cancelled the order because I felt like Ssense did not honest to me as a customer and Ssense did not appreciate my business.

This store used to be really good had no problems for the returns but not anymore. Purchased a hand bag didn’t like returned it almost a month now . Called them many times they making excuses don’t wanna issue my refund . Never shop from them again . I will give no ⭐️
Don't trust the description on Ssense website. They change manufacturer description, that is how I got men's size shoes instead of women's. The communication is super slow, I had to wait for every answer 2 to 5 days and do not expect the return be easy. It will take time and money as they do not return shipping costs. It took over a week of emails just to get a return label from them. 3 weeks after i sent shoes back and had no refund i contacted them again. In their usual slow manner they replied "your return has been received and now is processing in our system". Several days later they sent me picture of the damaged box and refuse to refund despite all the pictures of the shoes and the box in an untouched condition that I emailed them before they accepted the return! (Yes, they make you send them pictures to prove the item is not damaged). Overall experience feels like a scam. Not even sure if they will send this rejected shoes back to me.
placed an order on May 15th that costs more than 3000$ that was supposed to be delivered in 3 days , today is May 29th and I haven't received the package yet, tracking information hasn't been updated from 10 days ago which states that the package is still held in transit in Montreal, contacted the customer service several times to ask them to contact the courier to see what happened to the package they didn't take me seriously and after the 6th time contacting them they said we will file a claim that takes from 2-4 weeks to get completed, now i can't get the package or my money back until they resolve the issue with the courier, furthermore they threatened me that if i disputed the charge with my bank they will cancel the claim on their end, worst experience I ever had. they gave me a lot of stress dealing with the customer service and they are so rude . I admit they have a good collection of clothes , but believe me its not worth going through hard time like what i am experiencing right now. here is the info regarding my order:

Returned an unwanted order, containing three items. Got partially refunded for two items. Reached out immediately after I received the refund confirmation email. They said it’s normal for items to be refunded separately, even it was all received in one package. Who flipping does that? I returned the entire order in the same package, I should be getting a full refund of the entire order. Giving me flimsy excuses, that they are trying to get information from their warehouse. That flipping warehouse must be in planet MARS, for you not to have a way to contact them over the phone or get a speedy response from them. It’s not a coincidence that there are multiple reviews on here with exactly the same issue. There are certainly thieves in your warehouse or you guys are just a scam as a whole!! I will take this to any length with you guys till I receive my refund. I will not be waiting weeks neither! I don’t care what it’s going to cost me, but you will not rip me off my hard earned money. I don’t care if I have to travel down to Canada to put you guys in check in your store. If I don’t hear back by noon tomorrow, be ready for what’s coming. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on the 12th of April, I contacted the company on the 28th of April to ask for tracking number, A representative of the company named Christine Wu told me they are sorry they have not ship my order and will arrange to ship and send me a confirmation number, Three days later I asked for confirmation number he sent me a wrong order, I told Wu that this is not what I ordered, Wu sent me another mail to indicate the right order, the tracking number Wu sent to me does not match with my E-mail this is the message I get each time I tried to track my order, am beginning to think Wu did not ship anything. The items are suppose to be mothers day present for my Mom,Today is the 18th, of May 2020. I have not receive my order, am getting some legal advise now and will go from there,Be wise.
