    Slow refund process

    I just went through the whole return process and gosh, it was an absolute nightmare dealing with their customer service. Their policy of making customers wait up to 3 weeks for a refund is so old-fashioned and annoying. And to make matters worse, they can't even tell me where my return is at in the process. Every time I call to check in, I get nowhere with their unhelpful answers and no clue on when I'll actually get my money back. It's beyond frustrating to keep hearing "just be patient" without any real info or help. The way this company lacks communication and transparency is just downright terrible, and it's left me seriously disappointed with my shopping experience.

    Charging issues, bracelet quality

    Man, I was really let down by the customer service at this place. I bought some jewelry and got charged twice for it! And get this, they didn't even refund me until after the stuff shipped, which took forever. It's not cool, especially when you're dropping some bucks here. Plus, I'm reading all these bad reviews now about the jewelry, especially the clasp on the bracelet. I hope this doesn't turn into a big headache if the problems aren't fixed. I just wanted a good experience, but now I'm worried.

    I recently bought something from this company online and it was a big disappointment. The Customer Service was terrible, and they didn't handle the missing items from my order well at all. Claire, the rep I talked to, was no help and didn't seem to care about fixing the problem. Even after I contacted them more than once, nothing got resolved, and I had to turn to PayPal to get my money back. My whole experience with this company was a major disappointment.

    Mosquito repellent spray

    I was really disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered some mosquito repellent spray, and when I checked the UPS tracking five days later, I saw that the package was never picked up at all. When I called customer service, they told me that the product was backordered, but I never received any notification about it. This lack of communication is just not okay and it really shows that they don't care about their customers. When I make a purchase, I expect better service.

    My order was supposed to come the next day, but it ended up being delayed by 4 days because of the Roadie shipping service. Trying to reach customer service about it was a total mess. When I finally got through, they said all systems were down and told me to try calling again later.

    Hiboy Max Pro electric scooter

    I recently scooped up the Hiboy Max Pro electric scooter and I gotta say, I've been cruising around on it for about a month now. This thing is pretty dope - it's got two brakes on the handlebars, some sweet dual suspension action, 11-inch wheels, a solid battery life, and a big ol' platform to stand on. Plus, it looks pretty sleek and the lighting is a nice touch.

    But, it's not all sunshine and rainbows with this scooter. The control panel with just one button can be a bit of a pain to navigate, and not having an odometer is definitely a bummer. The app interface is pretty basic too, could use some work for sure. Despite these little hiccups, overall I'm still stoked about my purchase. In fact, I've managed to convince three of my buddies to snag the same one!
