Faulty monitor, bad connectivity
This monitor really let me down. It just can't seem to hold a charge and the connection is so bad. There have been too many times when it didn't work right when I needed it to. It's been ok for keeping an eye on my kid while they sleep, but all the problems just aren't worth it. I wouldn't suggest this to anyone who needs a dependable monitor.
Baby monitor camera
My partner and I just bought a baby monitor camera, and we're really happy with it. It's great for keeping an eye on our daughter no matter where we are, which really gives us peace of mind. And, we've also found that it's handy for checking on our pets too. Setting it up was easy, and we haven't had any problems using it. The night mode works well in low light, so we can see clearly. We're overall really happy with how this camera is working for us.
Lifetime plan purchase
I really regret signing up for their lifetime plan. The support team has been so unhelpful and completely unprofessional. It's been over a week of going back and forth, and my plan still isn't activated. And to top it off, they're trying to sell me a different lifetime plan. This company is a total joke. Stay away from them at all costs.
Cameras not connecting, poor customer service
I've been using cameras from this company for years, but suddenly they stopped working on me. I followed their advice to switch to 2ghz WiFi, but no luck - still couldn't get them to connect. Reached out to customer service for help, but couldn't even get through to them. Now I've got cameras that are useless when I'm not home. Definitely not buying from this company again.
Baby camera purchase
The camera and equipment have really impressed me with the high quality and great functionality. The picture is so clear, and I like that I can still use other apps while the camera app runs in the background. However, I was let down when I found out I'd have to sign up and pay for a premium service just to connect more than two devices or users to the app. As a working parent who depends on childcare, it's not convenient to share camera access with my childcare providers due to this limitation. It would be more helpful if the app allowed at least three devices to be connected, especially for parents like me.
Baby monitor
I bought a baby monitor from this company, and it's been a real letdown. My daughter has epilepsy, so we need a monitor to keep an eye on her at night. But this monitor keeps losing connection, which could put her in danger if she has a seizure. The app is so unreliable, I can't count on it to notify me if something goes wrong. I have no other option but to look for a new monitor from a different company that can give us the security and peace of mind we require.

I was really let down by the smart home camera I tried out. It was a total bummer because it couldn't connect right and the video quality wasn't even that great. I invested a good amount of money in it, but it just didn't live up to what I was hoping for. The app that came with the camera was tricky to figure out and didn't work the way it was supposed to. On top of that, I had problems with the monitor not linking up with the camera, so it was pretty much useless. Three camera premium package
I recently bought the premium package with three cameras for monitoring. At first, I had trouble with two of the cameras, but customer service quickly replaced them. I was bummed to learn that the premium package only allows for two cameras to be connected, even though I'm using three (one at home and two elsewhere). This means I have to keep switching between cameras to watch over my child, which is a pain. If I had another child, it would be even harder to manage. I'd be happy to pay more to connect all the cameras, but that's not possible right now.

I bought a monitor from this company back in March and honestly, I'm pretty let down by it. The camera quality is really grainy and, on top of that, the monitor can only be used when it's plugged in. Surveillance camera purchase
The surveillance camera I bought was actually pretty good. The app is easy to use on a tablet for a bigger screen and clearer image, especially since the battery stopped charging after about 16 months. Long-term customer disappointed with service changes
I've been a customer of this service for a while now, and I've noticed that the quality and choice have gone down over time. At the beginning, we really liked all the extra lullabies and stories we could get for our daughter. But lately, there haven't been as many options. Before, we could just buy the cameras and have access to a bunch of songs and stories. Now, we have to pay for a subscription to get the same stuff. The picture still looks good, but it's a bummer that we don't get those free extras anymore. There are other options out there that are cheaper and have more features and don't make you pay a subscription fee.
Camera purchase
I bought a camera from this company recently to beef up security at my place. Sadly, only after 6 months, the antenna on the device broke off, making it a pain to use. I tried to get in touch with customer support for help with fixing or replacing it under warranty, but got no response at all. It was pretty disappointing to not get any help, and I wish I had done more research on the company before buying. The camera itself works okay, but the fact that the antenna snapped so easily shows it's not well-made. Instead of taking care of their customers, the company just sends a bunch of annoying upgrade spam emails, which is frustrating. In the end, I wouldn't recommend buying from them because of their bad customer service and lack of quality control.

Nursery Pal Double Camera Monitor
No problems at all with the monitor and double camera! Sometimes I have to reset it for the phone to connect, but the monitor itself always works perfectly. I would definitely purchase it again and recommend it for monitoring two rooms.
