it jumped onto someone else's account during setup and the trial flipped into a paid plan. Next month I was billed again, so now I'm paying twice for basically a flaky webcam. Delivery was solid. Customer service? Shrug. They said it was my fault. Not great, but when it works it's okay. I warned friends, some still bought.
Mid-change clarity

The app is awkward and sometimes refuses to connect (especially mornings), and setup made me mutter a few choice words. Wi‑Fi hiccups happen even though the rest of the house is fine. Charging cable gave out once and getting a replacement felt like bureaucracy and slow emails — customer support could be faster, for sure. Still, when it stays linked the video is decent and I slept better that night. Probably not perfect for tech sticklers, but if you want mostly reliable monitoring without spending a fortune, it’ll do. My advice: have a spare cable ready and don't expect miracles.

I bought this because the app promised everything — feeding logs, growth charts, lullabies (premium seemed worth it), and the idea of using my phone as a second monitor sounded smart. I hesitated because it wasn’t cheap, but figured hey, first baby, why not splurge a little. First week I loved it; the app felt useful and the camera picture was decent. Fast forward ten months and the honeymoon faded. The camera drops offline randomly, even though my Wi‑Fi is fine, and yes, rebooting a sleeping baby’s camera is a real joy (not). That led to missing chunks of night footage so tracking sleep became pointless. The music stopped loading correctly after a bit — sometimes nothing, sometimes the wrong track — which is just... annoying. Also, the little green connection light is absurdly bright in a dark nursery; I duct‑taped paper over it, classy but effective. So, is it totally useless? No. When it works it's fine, the app still has handy bits, and the picture is okay. But consistency matters with a baby, and this didn’t deliver reliably for the price. Would I buy again? Probably not. If you don’t like fussing at 3am, maybe look elsewhere.
Faulty monitor, bad connectivity
This monitor really let me down. It just can't seem to hold a charge and the connection is so bad. There have been too many times when it didn't work right when I needed it to. Stay away from them at all costs.
Cameras not connecting, poor customer service
I've been using cameras from this company for years, but suddenly they stopped working on me. I followed their advice to switch to 2ghz WiFi, but no luck - still couldn't get them to connect. Reached out to customer service for help, but couldn't even get through to them. Now I've got cameras that are useless when I'm not home. Definitely not buying from this company again.
Baby camera purchase
The camera and equipment have really impressed me with the high quality and great functionality. The picture is so clear, and I like that I can still use other apps while the camera app runs in the background. However, I was let down when I found out I'd have to sign up and pay for a premium service just to connect more than two devices or users to the app. As a working parent who depends on childcare, it's not convenient to share camera access with my childcare providers due to this limitation. It would be more helpful if the app allowed at least three devices to be connected, especially for parents like me.

I recently bought the premium package with three cameras for monitoring. At first, I had trouble with two of the cameras, but customer service quickly replaced them. I was bummed to learn that the premium package only allows for two cameras to be connected, even though I'm using three (one at home and two elsewhere). This means I have to keep switching between cameras to watch over my child, which is a pain. If I had another child, it would be even harder to manage. I'd be happy to pay more to connect all the cameras, but that's not possible right now.
