Cool Whiskey
The whiskey I got from this place was awesome and came in good condition, which is super important. But then there were some issues with the delivery, not the store's fault at all, blame it on Fed Ex. But the Caskers folks were really fast to respond and helped sort things out. They were amazing and I totally appreciate that. I'll definitely come back to purchase more cool stuff from them in the future!

Washer and gas dryer combo purchase
I bought a washer and gas dryer set from a popular store in Ontario, Canada. When the gas dryer was installed, it started leaking gas because of a busted shutoff valve. It took forever to get a new part, even though the brand says it's super tough. And to top it off, the washer crapped out after just 2 years, needing a bunch of parts replaced.

Food and drinks missing
I ordered some food and drinks, but when it got here, the drinks were nowhere to be found! The delivery guy didn't get what we were saying and just took off. We tried calling the restaurant, but they never got back to us. DoorDash only offered us a lousy $4 refund for 3 missing drinks - can you believe that? And on top of it all, they wouldn't even send the driver back to bring them to us!

I just bought 5 sets of these light filtering roller shades, and I have to say, they have totally elevated my newly decorated living room. These shades are not only stylish and modern, but they also do an amazing job of blocking out the strong sunlight that pours in through my south-facing windows. The price for these shades is incredible, definitely worth every penny.

Hotwire put me in a motel instead of the 3.5 star hotel I booked. I tried talking to customer service, but they were no help. The bathroom was gross, so I ended up shelling out more money for a different hotel.

I recently gave my email to a company, and now I'm seriously regretting it. The amount of spam emails they send me is just crazy. I've tried unsubscribing several times, but they keep coming. It feels like a never-ending fight I can't win. It's really annoying, and I really wish I never shared my email with them.

Clothing purchase, delivery delay
The clothes I got from this store were well-priced and looked really stylish. But man, my whole experience got messed up with a huge delay in delivery. Turns out they sent the package to the wrong warehouse by accident, so I had to wait two whole weeks for it. And on top of that, it was being delivered by Royal Mail, who takes a bunch of days off, even for holidays like Easter. I was pretty bummed out and annoyed by the long wait, especially since I was so excited about the cheap prices and cool clothes they had.

Judith March pullovers
I just bought three pullovers from this company and I seriously adore them! They're really cute and have a lot of personality, awesome for jazzing up any outfit. I suggest going a size smaller with these pullovers since they run a tad big. The only issue I've noticed is that after throwing them in the wash, some of the lettering started to come off a bit. But no worries, a little fabric glue can easily fix that.

I bought a weighted blanket from this company because their ads seemed so cool, but after just 6 months it started acting all weird and not working properly. When I checked their website, I saw they don't even make that model anymore, so I contacted them about it. Their response? Tough luck. They wanted me to buy their "new and better" version instead. How lame is that? Why not just improve the one I already have? I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed.

I just bought a wok from this company, and man, it was a letdown. I tried to season it just like they said but it didn't work like I thought it would. Food kept sticking to the surface, which drove me crazy because I've seasoned other pans before with no problems. The quality of the wok was just not what I was expecting, you know?

Slow cooker glass lid explosion
So, get this - I was just minding my own business, using my slow cooker like I always do, when out of nowhere, the glass lid decided to explode into a million tiny pieces. I kid you not, glass went flying everywhere, and I was left standing there in shock. I tried reaching out to customer service for some help, but all I got was a bunch of excuses about how glass is fragile. They tried to make it right by offering me a dumb coupon for free shipping on a new lid for 21 bucks. Like, seriously? That's their solution for a dangerous product malfunction? I'm beyond disappointed and frustrated with how they handled the whole thing. It's just not right.
