Birthday gift mishap
I bought two gifts from this website for my son's birthday, but there was a problem with the shipping address. I tried reaching out to them a few times to correct it before they shipped the items, but they never got back to me. When I did manage to get through, the automated voice system disconnected me after a short wait. Now my son won't have his gifts on his birthday, and it's really disappointing. I hope they improve their customer service to avoid situations like this in the future.

2 White Dogwood Trees
I bought 2 White Dogwood Trees from this store and had them delivered a week later on 6/17. The communication with the store was pretty good while ordering. The trees came in a secure box, but some of the leaves were curled, probably from the bumpy ride. I planted them the next day and have been watering them regularly, hoping they'll bounce back.

Baby monitor
I bought a baby monitor from this company, and it's been a real letdown. My daughter has epilepsy, so we need a monitor to keep an eye on her at night. But this monitor keeps losing connection, which could put her in danger if she has a seizure. The app is so unreliable, I can't count on it to notify me if something goes wrong. I have no other option but to look for a new monitor from a different company that can give us the security and peace of mind we require.

Boulder boots purchase
The boulder boots I bought were a huge letdown. The leather was really stiff and not comfy at all, plus they were way bigger than they were supposed to be. And then, to make matters worse, I had to pay to ship them back, which was just another annoying thing to deal with. Just a heads up, go ahead and skip buying these boots to save yourself some trouble.

The whiskey I got from this place was awesome and came in good condition, which is super important. But then there were some issues with the delivery, not the store's fault at all, blame it on Fed Ex. But the Caskers folks were really fast to respond and helped sort things out. I ordered some food and drinks, but when it got here, the drinks were nowhere to be found! The delivery guy didn't get what we were saying and just took off. We tried calling the restaurant, but they never got back to us. DoorDash only offered us a lousy $4 refund for 3 missing drinks - can you believe that? And on top of it all, they wouldn't even send the driver back to bring them to us!

And on top of that, it was being delivered by Royal Mail, who takes a bunch of days off, even for holidays like Easter. I was pretty bummed out and annoyed by the long wait, especially since I was so excited about the cheap prices and cool clothes they had.

I just bought three pullovers from this company and I seriously adore them! They're really cute and have a lot of personality, awesome for jazzing up any outfit. I suggest going a size smaller with these pullovers since they run a tad big. The only issue I've noticed is that after throwing them in the wash, some of the lettering started to come off a bit. But no worries, a little fabric glue can easily fix that.
