Broken doll, incorrect plug, poor customer service
I recently bought a doll from this company, and it got to me with broken feet after a long wait for shipping. On top of that, the plug that came with the doll didn't work with US outlets. The doll didn't even look like the one they advertised, and it couldn't even stand up like they showed in the pictures. When I contacted Customer Service, they did send me some glue to fix the doll eventually, but they never sent the right plug like they said they would. They even admitted to using PhotoShop to make it look like the doll could stand on its own, which was a big letdown. Now, the doll's finger is broken too, and Customer Service won't reply to my emails. I'm really unhappy with this whole situation and I would suggest that others steer clear of this company.
