Easy return process
I loved how easy the website was to navigate, and it was great that I could place an order without creating an account. Getting that 20% discount on my first order was a nice bonus too. Even though I live in Europe and had to wait 10 days for my package to arrive (which I expected since it had to go through three countries), the discreet packaging made sure that everything inside was safe and sound. The quality of the toys was even better than I thought it would be! I ended up keeping two of the items, but the third one just wasn't my style, so I took advantage of the "100-day refund" offer. Oh my gosh, I got some really awesome toys and stuff from this amazing store! The selection was so good, and the chat support people were really helpful. But ugh, it's annoying that they don't have three-pin plug stuff for my country in the EU store. Like, come on, Ireland uses those plugs! I had to go on a wild goose chase for an adapter and that's just not cool. Doesn't this store know about Brexit and stuff? But overall, great products and chat support, just fix the plug thing, please!

But I got an email from them on TrustPilot, which jogged my memory to check back in. I talked to them yesterday, and they were finally able to fix everything by giving me a refund. The piece that did come wasn't the greatest quality, but their customer service really came through in the end.
