I was skeptical — after a bad refund experience before I almost didn't want to fork over cash again. I put a fair chunk in and after eight months they wouldn't remove it when I asked. Luckily a helper called CONCEPTSTRD stepped in, chased it down, and had my money back in two days, which was a relief.
From gross to relieved
I open the package and my heart sank — stains and, uh, someone’s underwear tucked in there. First impression was awful. I emailed right away, they replied same day and sent a replacement (and refunded shipping). When the new suit showed up I actually felt relieved — fit was great and I wore it the next weekend, held up fine.
No confirmation, no refund
Right after I placed the $74 order in April I stopped getting updates, not even a confirmation. I first saw the item on a friend's post and went for it, but emails about a refund or tracking went nowhere — they just ignored me. Customer service later said they couldn't help. I'm annoyed, honestly, and wouldn't risk it again.
Friend sold me on it
Right in the middle of checking my bank app I remembered my friend had nudged me to try this—she loves hers, so I stopped worrying about quality. I was still unsure about shipping, but the price nudged me to buy. Money left instantly, it’s almost a month with no package. I waited 40+ minutes on live chat and bailed. Frustrating, but still hopeful.

Woke up to yet another wave of emails, so many I lost count. Started getting them about a month ago and thought "unsubscribe" would fix it. It didn't. Hit the chat twice; nice rep said they'd stop it, but they kept coming. Oddly, I found a quick data request form and filed a complaint—surprising how easy that was—but the spam hasn't really stopped.

Mixed fit, decent quality
I spotted these on Instagram after a friend tipped me, so I ordered three sets because of the photos. I had doubts about fit and was half expecting thin fabric. They arrived yesterday. The bottoms fit perfectly but the tops are too small. Quality actually surprised me — fabric is nicer than I thought and stitching is solid. The fit issue remains. Can I split the sets and swap just the tops for a larger size? Also, do returns go to the NSW sender address on my parcel since I live in NSW? Waiting on a reply.
Relief when refund finally hit
app showed a prepaid label, Australia Post couldn't read the address, and emails went unanswered. Took longer than it should, but it got sorted and I'm glad it did.
Sizing roulette
Not great, but not a total disaster — I’m torn. I ordered swimwear for a July beach weekend and at first I thought maybe I’d shrunk or their sizing is a mystery. I normally wear a small, some pieces were tight, then one "small" shirt hung like a tent. Shipping took forever, and I did a back-and-forth with customer service. After many emails they gave me 45% back as store credit, which felt fair I guess, so I’m mildly satisfied but cautious — won’t risk another big order soon.

Clothing order
I bought some clothes not too long ago and it's been 20 days but still no sign of them. I've tried reaching out to customer service but all I got were auto replies from a chatbot, no actual person to talk to. The tracking link they gave me wasn't helpful at all. On top of that, I was told that even when my stuff does show up, it won't be everything I ordered. So, I can't really say anything about the quality of the items because I haven't gotten them yet.
Dress bathing suits
I'm really impressed with these dress bathing suits as a repeat customer. They're super comfortable and fit really well. I loved the first 4 I bought so much that I had to get 3 more recently. I'm excited to wear them on my upcoming cruise.

I bought some clothes from this store not too long ago. They had a pretty good selection and the prices weren't bad. But man, the shipping was a mess and kind of ruined the whole thing for me.
Swimming costume purchase
I just bought a swimsuit online and I have to say, I'm really happy with how everything turned out. The delivery was fast, the size fit perfectly, and it looked great on me. Although, I did notice a few small quality issues in the making of the swimsuit, so I couldn't give it a perfect score. I like my clothes to be well-made, so I can be a little bit particular about that. But even with that, I would for sure think about buying from this company again. All in all, I thought it was a good deal for the price.
Waited forever for package
It took forever for my order to arrive, seriously they need to work on speeding up their shipping. I tried to reach out to them, but their contact form wasnt even working, so I had no choice but to be patient and wait. When my stuff finally arrived, it was all good though.
Recent online clothing and jewelry purchase
I just bought some clothes and jewelry online, and I have to say, I'm really happy with what I got. It can be hard to find cool stuff where I live, but Rotita had some great options. I'm getting older, so shopping from home is so much more convenient for me. The website was easy to use and checking out was a breeze. I'll definitely be coming back for more shopping at Rotita.
I order 6 super cute outfits
Oh my gosh, I just got 6 super cute outfits and they are all amazing! They fit perfectly, making me feel like a fashion queen ? Plus, the service and shipping were top-notch - everything arrived super fast. I can't wait to buy more from this store in the future. I was so happy with how fast my order arrived from Rotita. I was a little doubtful at first that it would come on time, but they really impressed me. They went above and beyond what I expected!
Tight upper part and too big bottom bathing suits
I bought two bathing suits in the same size, but they fit completely differently. One was too tight on top, and the other was too big on the bottom. Right after getting them, I sent back the one that didn't fit along with the extra suit from the special deal. When I contacted customer service about getting a refund, they said the suit I sent back was damaged and wouldn't give me my money back. It made no sense because I couldn't even wear it, so how could I have damaged it?
