Right in the middle of unboxing I froze — wrong size again. For a minute I felt annoyed, thinking of other companies where returns are a pain. Then a neighbor dropped by, tried one on and actually loved it. That was the moment I knew it’d be okay. I sold one, donated the other, and honestly it turned into a little win. Kinda relieved and happy.
Tiny fabric, big disappointment
I almost didn't buy these because the pics looked too good to be true — good instincts. Used the tee as a lounge shirt the first evening and immediately noticed it's paper-thin and kind of see-through. Sent a bunch back, had issues with a lost return and no refund, so yeah my doubts were right. Kinda annoyed but also amused at how bad fabric can be.
Cash, not credit
I want my cash back. My sister told me about this site so I tried it — ordered four outfits, returned two, and instead of a refund I got a $53.31 store credit. Then I ordered a white dress due 8/16–8/19; it’s now 8/28 and still no dress, no refund. I’m actually kind of glad it wasn’t worse, but they took my money quickly and haven’t put it back. Customer service has been radio silent — please fix. This whole thing just feels lazy and annoying.
Saw it on IG, regret it
they automatically take return postage out of your refund unless you accept store credit, and support offered no decent explanation. Price tempted me but not worth it. Delivery was okay, but I’m kinda annoyed and told a colleague not to bother.
