Thought my package was gone, contacted support — they actually fixed it after some back-and-forth, a bit slow but friendly; delivery arrived, so I'm relieved.
Underwhelmed then OK

Looks cheap, wore it
I hesitated because the pics looked flimsy and cheap. Tried it on for a Friday night. My doubts stuck — way too small and almost see-through, with party-style glitter. Wearable with a slip, though.

Customer service has been radio silent — please fix. This whole thing just feels lazy and annoying.

they automatically take return postage out of your refund unless you accept store credit, and support offered no decent explanation. Price tempted me but not worth it. Delivery was okay, but I’m kinda annoyed and told a colleague not to bother.
