Expedited shipping disappointment
I bought a dress and paid extra for fast shipping, thinking it'd get here between the 22-28. But it didn't even ship until the 26th, and now it looks like it won't show up until the 31st. I dropped a good chunk of change on that speedy delivery, almost as much as the dress cost! It's a real bummer to be let down like this.

Lipoma treatment turned invasive
I bought this product from a company to help reduce my dog's benign lipoma. The customer service team assured me that their products would be effective for this. Sadly, after administering the product to my dog, her lipoma transformed into a discolored and angry-looking tumor. It was a dramatic shift, and my poor dog couldn't stop licking and attempting to chew it. This caused her a lot of distress and eventually resulted in her being put to sleep. I contacted the company to request a refund since their product caused this unexpected change, but they declined because the product had already been opened.

Misleading description of property
The Paris apartment we booked ended up being a complete nightmare. The bathroom wasn't anything like what was promised, and it made our whole stay super uncomfortable and disappointing. It was obvious that the platform didn't do a good job checking out this place before putting it up for rent. Our vacation with our daughters was totally ruined by all this, and we won't be using this service ever again.
