Verification

Do you have an experience with a company? We ask you, especially in the case of a negative experience, to share your experience as accurately as possible. Focus on the facts and specific aspects of your experience, which will be invaluable to others who have never had contact with the company. If clarification is needed, we may contact you for evidence, such as email conversations or an invoice.

We strive to prevent unfounded reviews. Everyone who wants to post a message is asked to provide as much detail as possible. The more detail, the greater the validity your review will have, increasing its chances of staying online in case of a company complaint. If you post a negative review, you may be contacted via email. Reviews posted in large quantities from the same IP address will be removed. Reviews lacking sufficient information will also be removed. Advertisements, calls-to-action, or threats will be removed, and contact information and domain names (URLs) will be redacted.

For Companies

Having a business page on US-Reviews does not give you the final decision right to remove or retain a review. As an objective and independent platform, we never remove a review or experience submitted by a customer without due-process and agreement from both sides that the issue has been resolved. The negative review will then be marked as 'Resolved,' and the grade will be removed from the overall score, highlighting your brand’s involvement in resolving customer issues.
