First order review
My first order experience was pretty good overall. The website was easy to use, and the descriptions of the items were spot on. I liked that they had different payment options available. When my package arrived, everything was wrapped up nicely in boxes with extra bubble wrap, and they looked just like the pictures on the website. However, I had a tough time reaching customer service for more info on my order, which was a bit annoying. Also, the tracking feature didn't give updates until the package made it to my country, so that required some patience. But, despite these little hiccups, I would still recommend this website to others.

YesStyle is great, they always keep me updated on my orders and delivery times are always spot on. Their customer service is always there for me, even when I mess up my orders. I love the discounts they give, it really helps with my multiple purchases. The products I get are always the real deal. My only issue is some products can be hard to find on the app, but overall, YesStyle is my favorite app for beauty shopping.
Trustworthy products
The things I bought were really nice and got here in good shape. But, man, the shipping was a bit of a hassle. They said it would take 7-14 days, but it actually took 17 and 18 days for my stuff to arrive. I think the problem is with CTT Express, the delivery company they used. Maybe YesStyle should think about switching things up with their delivery partners to make customers happier.

I just bought some fashion stuff from YesStyle, but I was kinda let down by how they packed it up and estimated the shipping. They used to be really good with trays and lots of bubble wrap to keep things safe on the way. But this time, my order came in a flimsy bag with only a little bit of bubble wrap, and some of my stuff got squished and messed up. I was pretty annoyed because of the careless packing, and now I have some items that are crushed and cracked.
