earlier I had another order where an item never showed up and they pushed store credit on me, which I accepted reluctantly, thinking I could use it here. Anyway, price looked too good to be true and, well, it was. The outer box was close to what I remembered but the texture felt subtly different, like they used cheaper board or a different finish. The real giveaway was the smell when I opened it — honestly like old baby powder, not the soft, herbal scent from the sample. The cream also sat on my skin instead of sinking in; it felt heavier and a bit tacky. I took photos and a quick video, filed a return, and had to pay about $18 more for shipping. YesStyle replied that because it was opened they wouldn’t refund, and said brands change formulas — yet they also admitted the jar was different. That felt like splitting hairs. I ended up buying the genuine retail version at the K‑beauty store — full price — and it matched the sample perfectly, scent and absorption and all. So something about the version from the site was off, and it’s hard not to suspect counterfeit or at least a different batch. I’m not saying YesStyle never delivers legit stuff — I’ve had decent buys before — but this one missed the mark. I’m disputing the charge with my card company because I don’t feel I got the product I thought I paid for. If you care about texture and scent, be cautious; the differences here actually matter when you put it on your face.
Almost gave up, then relief hit
colors were true, fabric felt as described, and the fit was exactly what I wanted. At first I thought maybe it was transit, but the pattern (and the smell on some items) pointed to very bad storage — like products left in overheated, uncontrolled spaces. I filmed the unboxing to have proof. That video made it clear the problem wasn’t minor, so I uploaded it and explained the situation. Their reply was basically that everything was “in good condition,” which didn’t match what I filmed. To be fair, they did issue a partial refund for a couple of things before I even replied, which at least acknowledged something was off. Ultimately I got a full refund through my card company — that was an unexpected relief in an otherwise annoying process. I tried to check whether my experience was unique and ran a pretty basic review sweep across sites (Trustpilot, Sitejabber, Reddit, TikTok). The pattern is there: lots of reports about melted, dusty, or spoiled-looking items and customers saying their evidence wasn’t acted on. So now I feel this points to systemic storage and QC problems rather than bad luck. I started using them years ago because they were convenient and had a wide selection; I wanted to like them still. The shock was how quickly trust eroded once product handling showed up as an issue. One small surprising bright spot: a couple of items inside were actually OK when I cleaned them up — the product itself wasn’t ruined — which makes the storage issue feel even more like negligence rather than total product failure. If you’re considering ordering, do your homework and be ready to document everything. I won’t be ordering again and I recommend others look at alternatives with better storage and responsive support.

YesStyle has a ton of different products, so it's simple to find whatever you need. The website is easy to use and it's pretty easy to get around. I like how they often have deals that save me some cash when I shop. Plus, they have this points system that rewards you for being a regular customer, which is a cool bonus. But I did notice that the prices for stuff can change a lot based on where you want it shipped. It can get annoying when you're just trying to get the best price.
First order review
My first order experience was pretty good overall. The website was easy to use, and the descriptions of the items were spot on. I liked that they had different payment options available. When my package arrived, everything was wrapped up nicely in boxes with extra bubble wrap, and they looked just like the pictures on the website. However, I had a tough time reaching customer service for more info on my order, which was a bit annoying. But, despite these little hiccups, I would still recommend this website to others.

I recently shopped on YesStyle and had a great experience. Their website is super easy to use, making it a breeze to find what you're looking for. Trustworthy products
The things I bought were really nice and got here in good shape. But, man, the shipping was a bit of a hassle. They said it would take 7-14 days, but it actually took 17 and 18 days for my stuff to arrive. I think the problem is with CTT Express, the delivery company they used. Maybe YesStyle should think about switching things up with their delivery partners to make customers happier.

I just bought some fashion stuff from YesStyle, but I was kinda let down by how they packed it up and estimated the shipping. They used to be really good with trays and lots of bubble wrap to keep things safe on the way. But this time, my order came in a flimsy bag with only a little bit of bubble wrap, and some of my stuff got squished and messed up. I was pretty annoyed because of the careless packing, and now I have some items that are crushed and cracked.
