Clothing and shoes
Even though I read some bad reviews, the stuff I got from this online store was way better than I expected. My orders actually came earlier than I thought they would and everything fit just right, even the shoes. Usually when I order from another country I have to get a bigger size, but this time everything worked out. I've already bought more stuff and can't wait for it to get here. I've had a really good experience with this company and would tell others to check them out for cool clothes that aren't too expensive.
Clothing with unique designs
I've ordered stuff from this online shop a few times now and every time the delivery has been super fast, usually no longer than 2 weeks. The quality of the items is always top-notch and they always fit me perfectly. But what really makes this store stand out is the wide range of styles they have - it's not your usual stuff you see in regular stores. I especially like how they have my size (UK 10/12) spot on. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Fashionable clothing purchase
I gotta say, I'm really impressed with all the trendy clothes they have at this store. The stuff I bought actually fit me right and feels really well-made, unlike some other online places I've tried in the past. Plus, the prices are pretty fair for the quality you get. I've gotten a bunch of compliments on what I got, so I know for sure I'll be coming back to shop here again. Thanks for making the whole shopping experience awesome!
T-shirts purchase
This was my first time trying out this company, and overall, it was pretty good. I bought a few t-shirts for myself and I really liked the designs and quality of the prints. But, I ran into a little problem with the sizes. Even though I ordered a size bigger than I normally wear in the US, the shirts were still too tight on me. It would be really helpful if the company included a sizing chart with measurements so customers can choose the right size.
Sports wear and tee shirt
I just got some stuff from this store, and honestly, it was a bit of a mixed bag. I bought a two-piece sports outfit and a t-shirt. The sports outfit was supposed to be polyester, but it felt pretty cheap and thin. Still, the design was really cute!
Oversized and poor quality items
I got my order pretty quickly, but man, the stuff was way too big and really low quality. Like, one of the tops was so sheer, there was no way I could wear it. I tried to start a return, but it was a whole mess. I couldn't even find where to send stuff back, and despite emailing twice, no one's gotten back to me. Supposedly they'll reply in 24 hours, but it's been longer. I just want a return label and my money back, but I have a feeling I'm outta luck since it's probably past the 30-day return time. This whole thing has been so annoying, I don't think I'll be shopping here again.
Men's Winter Overcoat
Purchased a men's winter overcoat and got a great price when comparing same product with other online stores. Product received as described. No issues with online purchase nor shipping, other than it took about 4 weeks (I'm in Canada) with limited visibility in terms of tracking the shipment. Overall positive experience and would buy again.
Shirts for vacation
I wasn't sure about buying anything after seeing some bad reviews, but my son went ahead and got a few shirts for his trip. Surprisingly, the shirts got here fast and were even better quality than we thought. My son really liked all three of them.
Got my stuff
I finally received my order after waiting for about 6 weeks. I was missing a pair of pants, but everything else is here. The shirt I got is a bit small, but it's not bad quality. Overall, the clothes are pretty cool.
PLUS SIZE CLOTHES COLLECTIONS
I like buying new trending clothes but my size is not always available, Newchic make sure that i don't face such things here. I totally recommend to try this one as they have the best clothing collections so far
Thank you for the clarification.. There are waaaay too many of these sites popping up with great looking clothes and all the reviews are of bad quality, poor workmanship, lax sizing lengthy deliveries and no customer service. All these reviews should alert everyone to STAY AWAY ! and I will, for sure..
This was not to support Lucy Hayes's review.. Anything positive seems sketchy and dubious.. All of these Chinese companies seem to be the same.. Don't buy.
Cool shirts but slow shipping and weird bank charge
I got some really awesome shirts from this place, but let me tell you, it took forever for them to actually arrive. They had to travel all the way from China and then deal with going through customs, which was a total headache. And can you believe it? After all that, I checked my bank account and they actually charged me twice for one purchase! I had to cancel that real quick. Not sure if it was their mistake or what, but I've never had that happen with other online shops. I don't think I'll be shopping with them again after that scary experience.
Clothing items
I have mixed feelings about the clothes I bought from this website. Some of them are just as amazing in person as they were in the pictures online. But there were a couple of items that looked nothing like the images, and that was pretty disappointing. The prices are a little steep compared to other similar companies, which is a downside for me. Also, the shipping took forever, and I've been waiting on a PayPal refund for over a month now. To make matters worse, some of the clothes I bought are still being processed after a month, and a few items have gone out of stock since I placed my order. It's frustrating to think you bought something only to be told later that it's unavailable. Despite all of these problems, I'll probably still shop on this website because they have some really cool and unique clothes.
Third order cancellation issue
I've tried ordering the same things three times now, and every time it gets canceled because they say it's out of stock. I had to call customer service to place the order again, and finally got my stuff after a whole ordeal. I've been a loyal customer for a while now, so I think I deserve better service.
Shoes
Didn’t fit but to return them it would cost almost as much as the shoes as they come from China. This is not made clear!
Many clothing items
No star would be more like it. This company is the worst. Twice this year I have placed orders, they have taken my money, they have confirmed the order will be shipped right away and then two weeks into the waiting period, they email me saying: "The items you order are still out of stock, so it will take another 2-3 weeks for the order to ship." And when you call they tell you they don't know if they will ever get the item again. Who orders an item that is out of stock? Nobody so they don't say that on the website. They show that the items are available so you go ahead and order them.
Both times I have contacted them to complain after receiving the email and both times they have offered a different color or style. Well, no, I want what I ordered. Then when I ask for a refund, they give all kinds of excuses, offer me store credit and when you decline, they take days to return the money even though they took it from you in a matter of seconds.
Don't buy from this company, it is not worth it.Water shoes
Far too hard to return an unwanted purchase. Feel your company is not standing behind what they sell by discouraging returns with this complicated return policy. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Received size large which they list as their size 10. Very large and fit like a bag. No return available on their web site. Will not order from them again.
face masks
I ordered 3 face masks April 8th and it is now May 30th. I have received 2 of the masks. I called the online number and waited an hour to get help. The woman said I should expect the last mask anytime now. Uh huh. Yeah.
Don't do business with these people. They have no clue what they are doing.4 blouses
I have received nothing and customer service says only that order is in process. Order was placed mid-April. Prices are great, but you never get the product and can get no help from them.
Just to add to my review, I'm not commenting on the quality of product, rather NewChic as a service provider (distributor). Agreed with other online reviews re: Chinese manufacturing. Lower quality product and sizing is crazy small, at least for my coat. I'm a 40 regular and had to order a XXL!
