I just got some screen insurance for my Samsung S21+ from Upsie, and I gotta say, I'm super happy with how everything went down. Their customer service is top-notch. My Upsie Warranty for Eufy X8 Robovac
I had a problem with my Eufy X8 Robovac and contacted the manufacturer for help. Phone insurance with first month 50% discount
The 50% discount they offered on the first month really caught my eye. Not only was the starting price for phone insurance cheaper than other companies, but with that extra discount, picking Upsie was a no-brainer for me. Claim status issue

I thought I was getting something cool online, but turns out the company doesn't exist anymore! They took my money and I can't even reach them to get a refund. How rude, right? I just got a warranty from Upsie and gotta say, their customer service team was awesome. I had some trouble signing up, so I gave them a call. The person I talked to was super helpful and even called me back right away to help me out more. Failed Claim Process
I had a really bad experience with my claim with this company. I did everything they asked - filled out the form, sent in all the documents, and waited for a response. But after weeks of hearing nothing, I just decided to cancel my claim. I've been trying to contact customer service multiple times but still haven't gotten any updates or solutions. It's been months since I first asked for help, and it feels like they basically took my money without saying anything or fixing the problem.

Haven't had to use them yet, but I've bought several warranties before. I'm not really into the whole subscription thing, but it's a good deal for the coverage. I'm able to insure two iPhone 14 Pros for less than what the carrier charges.

Got warranty with Upsie
I went ahead and got a warranty with Upsie, and man, the process was a breeze. They've got a wide variety of stuff you can protect, and the prices are pretty good too. I haven't had to actually use it yet, so I can't speak to how good their customer service is, but so far so good.
