    Got scammed

    I thought I was getting something cool online, but turns out the company doesn't exist anymore! They took my money and I can't even reach them to get a refund. How rude, right?     Accidental coverage claim

    I recently had a pretty bad experience with the customer support team. I had to file a claim for accidental coverage, but the customer support rep I talked to was unprofessional and kept blaming me for the issue.     Failed Claim Process

    I had a really bad experience with my claim with this company. I did everything they asked - filled out the form, sent in all the documents, and waited for a response. But after weeks of hearing nothing, I just decided to cancel my claim. I've been trying to contact customer service multiple times but still haven't gotten any updates or solutions.     My Upsie Warranty for Eufy X8 Robovac

    I had a problem with my Eufy X8 Robovac and contacted the manufacturer for help. They offered a replacement right away, but the new one didn't have the same serial number, so I had to update my warranty. The folks at Upsie customer service were so helpful and really took the time to understand what was going on. They smoothly transferred my warranty to the new Eufy, which saved me from having to cancel and buy a new one. I'm really impressed with Upsie's customer service and how much they care about their customers.

    Dealing with this company to make a claim is so frustrating. It feels like they're always chaotic and can never find what they need to get things done quickly. It took an ridiculously long time, nearly two full weeks, just to get my cellphone fixed. This is totally unacceptable, especially for something as important as a phone repair. I wouldn't suggest using their services if you want a quick solution.

    I had a really bad experience with this company. I tried to file a claim for an item that couldn't be fixed, but I didn't hear back from them at all.     Protection plan for my exercise bike

    In 2020, I bought a protection plan for my exercise bike from a company that turned out to be a complete disaster. When I finally needed to use the plan and filed a claim, I was met with total incompetence. I got a generic email from a random company called Akko saying they got my claim, but didn't provide a claim number or any more details. When I tried to get support, I found out the company had closed down without telling their customers. I was stuck with no way to contact anyone about my claim. After some digging, I learned that another company took over the subscription plans, but not the warranty plan I purchased. They told me to watch for emails from two other unknown companies, which never arrived. I contacted those companies and they had no record of my plan at all. The lack of communication and negligence is so frustrating. They clearly don't care about their customers' satisfaction or peace of mind. My advice is to avoid this company entirely to save yourself from a huge headache.

    Warranty purchase for washer and dryer

    I just bought a warranty for my washer and dryer from this company, and I am really unhappy with the customer service. I've tried to contact them several times for service, but no one has gotten back to me. It seems like other people are going through the same thing, and the company's lack of communication is worrying.     Upsie has some really great deals on warranties for all kinds of things, way better than other companies out there.
