I use DP daily for freelance work and posts; when my payment method broke and licenses were wiped from about sixty photos that was a pain. Too many emails, it took ages to fix. I knew I was satisfied when tech reset the licenses — oddly they could undo it remotely but left me to re-download them manually. Frustrating, but now the files are back and an old pic looked better than I remembered.
Been with them forever, now this mess
Been with them for years, so I wasn't expecting a hassle. A payment method glitch locked some stuff on my account and it took ages to sort — endless emails, waiting. Then they somehow removed license access from about 60 of my photos, which means I now have to re-download every single file by hand. Tech could flip things back on remotely, so why am I doing the grunt work? Kinda annoying, really.
Useful but a small snag
check transparency before committing.
Five years in, still handy
sometimes an image shows the checkered transparent preview but the downloaded file isn't actually transparent, so you end up cleaning it up. Otherwise the vectors and photos are really solid. Tip: double-check transparent layers before you commit.
Pretty handy
Picked it up last week for a quick weekend job — setup was fast and kinda satisfying. Hit a tiny app glitch at first and had to restart, but after that it ran smooth; not perfect, but really does what I needed and felt easy to use right away.
Nice shot
Saw it on a buddy's feed and thought, do I really need another print? I hesitated — phone photos can lie, sizing was a question, and I wondered about the color. My friend kept saying just get it, so I ordered. The package arrived a bit slower than I hoped, but when I opened it the color actually matched my wall, the frame feels sturdy, and my doubts pretty much melted away (there's a tiny nick in the back but whatever). Happy I listened to the tip, would buy again — kind of glad I waited to see it in person though.
Box Surprise
I was halfway through my second coffee when the box showed up, so I tore it open right there. Delivery came earlier than the window said, driver left it by the door — a little banged up but fine. Started using it that afternoon; first impression was “solid enough,” though a seam had some glue showing and one button feels a touch sticky after a few presses. Customer service was actually helpful when I messaged them, they replied quick and offered a small fix rather than making me return the whole thing, which I appreciated. Not perfect, a bit rough around the edges, but works and the support made it feel like they cared.
Started skeptical
Jumping in, I was worried about the quality before I bought it — used it every morning at home, most doubts faded; not perfect but it works well
Quietly useful
I first saw it on a neighbor's post and told a coworker. Delivery was kind of slow, arrived a day late and the box was a bit creased, but the item worked fine. Customer service replied over chat, a bit blunt but they sorted the issue. Not flawless, tracking was sparse, but enough for everyday use.
Tiny win
Standing at the counter I almost skipped it — figured it'd be another overhyped gadget. I use it every morning for coffee now and those doubts melted away (surprisingly). Fits my routine, simple to use, a bit noisy but fine, and delivery was quick.
