Jumping in, I was worried about the quality before I bought it — used it every morning at home, most doubts faded; not perfect but it works well
Quietly useful
I first saw it on a neighbor's post and told a coworker. Delivery was kind of slow, arrived a day late and the box was a bit creased, but the item worked fine. Customer service replied over chat, a bit blunt but they sorted the issue. Not flawless, tracking was sparse, but enough for everyday use.

Standing at the counter I almost skipped it — figured it'd be another overhyped gadget. I use it every morning for coffee now and those doubts melted away (surprisingly). Fits my routine, simple to use, a bit noisy but fine, and delivery was quick.
