Subscription package issues
The website has a lot of pictures to choose from, but be careful about those sneaky subscription sign-ups! I thought I was being careful when I downloaded, but I somehow ended up signed up for a subscription without even realizing it. It's worrisome that they're not more upfront about it, and it can end up costing you unexpectedly. Just be careful and make sure to really look at your settings so you don't have the same problem with automatic renewals like I did. They did refund me when I complained, but it would have been so much easier if they had just been clearer in the first place.

Christmas gift order
I ordered a Christmas gift from this place, hoping it would get here in time for the holidays. Unfortunately, it never showed up, and I was so let down. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but they weren't any help at all. It's been more than two weeks now, and my order still hasn't come. I even paid extra for shipping, thinking it would make sure it got here on time, but that didn't work out. Because of this, my sister's Christmas present was ruined, and I'm really bummed out about it. I wish I had checked out some reviews before I ordered. If I had, I definitely would have picked a different store. I would recommend checking out Polene or Demellier instead of buying from here.
