Handbag and wallet
I had the worst experience shopping here. The customer service was terrible, frustrating, and just disappointing. I ordered a handbag and wallet, and the delivery took forever. I tried reaching out to customer service several times with no luck until I mentioned going public on social media. Even after returning the items, I'm still waiting for my refund a month later. It's completely unacceptable that customer service isn't answering quickly. I might have to get American Express involved to sort this out. I suggest steering clear of this company at all costs.
Bag purchase
I recently ordered this bag online and man, what a nightmare! The zipper totally sucks and the bag is way heavier than I expected. I tried to return it, but the customer service was no help whatsoever. I ended up just giving it away to avoid the headache. Next time, I'll definitely just go to the store like I did before - way better experience.
Bag not delivered, refund not received
I'm really let down by the customer service I got from this company. I waited a whole month and a half for a bag that never showed up, and when I reached out to ask for a refund so I could get another bag or a new one, I haven't gotten either. This whole situation has been super stressful and disappointing, especially since it was supposed to be a gift from my husband for Valentine's Day. The fact that the company hasn't sorted this out or kept me in the loop is not cool at all.
High-quality products with frequent free delivery
I absolutely love this company and would highly recommend it. Their products are top-notch and the fact that they offer free delivery is just an amazing bonus. I keep coming back as a regular customer because shopping with them has been a fantastic experience. Thanks so much for providing such awesome service and products!
Bag from the sale
I scored an awesome bag during their sale, and guess what? It arrived all the way from Italy in just one week! The packaging was absolutely beautiful - felt like a queen unwrapping it. I will definitely be shopping here again!
Beat Shiny Bag in black
I'm really upset! I ordered this awesome black Beat Shiny Bag, but when it got here, the strap looked nothing like the one in the picture. I tried to contact customer service, but they took forever to get back to me. And even when they did, they couldn't make it right. It's just so annoying! Why bother ordering online if you can't rely on getting what you see?
Overpriced handbag
So I bought this super pricey handbag from this company and man, was I let down! The customer service was nowhere to be found and the prices were just way too high. I could have definitely found a better deal elsewhere. It's just sad that this company is making Italian brands look bad with their shady marketing tactics and lack of honesty. I'd say keep your money and stay away from this place.
Leather bag
I bought a leather bag from this store and it was terrible quality. Within two weeks, the coating started coming off, which shouldn't happen for a bag that was expensive. When I contacted customer service for a refund, they said it was my fault the bag was damaged. I was really disappointed by their lack of accountability and unwillingness to address the issue. I've been a loyal customer and loved their products, but this experience has made me see the brand in a whole new light. I won't be buying from them again and won't suggest their products to anyone.
Strap durability issue
The bag straps don't hold up well, they get all raggedy and ugly within six months of buying it. The bag seems nice and spacious at first, but it just can't handle the hustle and bustle of city life. And don't even get me started on the customer service - totally unhelpful.
New purse
Oh my gosh, I got this new purse and it was like totally not what I wanted. So, I sent it back without even opening it. Can you believe that? And now, they got it and are not even answering me! Like, the worst customer service ever! Ugh, never buying anything from them again!
Recent Coccinelle bag purchase
I bought this bag from Coccinelle not too long ago, and the handle's clip pin already came off. That basically makes the bag useless. I tried reaching out to customer service, but got total radio silence. Even after reminding them, I still haven't heard back. It's really annoying to be ignored like this, especially since my bag is still covered by warranty. I thought a reputable brand like Coccinelle would have better service, but I guess I was wrong. I'm pretty let down by the whole situation.
New purse with a surprise
I was really pumped when I got my new purse, but then I realized it was made in China! I was bummed because that wasn't listed in the description when I bought it. I reached out to customer service to ask about it, but they didn't have a satisfying response. I wish I had known beforehand. I noticed another brand, Polène, that's made in Spain for the same price. I'd suggest checking them out instead.
Two bags with express delivery
My experience with this company really let me down. I got two bags for my wife and shelled out for express shipping, but I had to keep bugging them about the delivery because it took a whole 11 days. And when I talked to customer service, they were not sorry at all and didn't seem to care about my worries. Based on what happened, I wouldn't suggest using this company.
Christmas gift order
I ordered a Christmas gift from this place, hoping it would get here in time for the holidays. Unfortunately, it never showed up, and I was so let down. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but they weren't any help at all. It's been more than two weeks now, and my order still hasn't come. I even paid extra for shipping, thinking it would make sure it got here on time, but that didn't work out. Because of this, my sister's Christmas present was ruined, and I'm really bummed out about it. I wish I had checked out some reviews before I ordered. If I had, I definitely would have picked a different store. I would recommend checking out Polene or Demellier instead of buying from here.

I bought a bag from this company when they were having a holiday sale, but later I saw they dropped the price by 10%. I contacted customer service to ask about getting a refund for the difference, but they said they don't do price adjustments right now. The way they responded was rude and made me feel like they were being dishonest with their discounts. My whole experience with this company was really letdown.
My delayed refund process
I'm so fed up with how long it's taking for me to get my refund for the item I returned. I did everything right and sent it back right away, but it's been months and I still haven't gotten my money back. I even have a receipt showing I shipped it back. Luckily, I used a third-party payment service when I bought it, so now they're helping me get this sorted out. It's really frustrating how unresponsive and slow this company is when it comes to dealing with customer returns.
Bag with faulty zipper
I recently bought a bag from this company and boy was I disappointed with the quality. The zipper on the bag was all messed up, and when I tried to cancel my order because of it, I got the worst customer service ever. They don't even have a customer service phone line, and the live chat people were no help at all, they seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. I had to reach out to Italy on my own just to try to cancel my order, and they told me I had to wait for an email from some department. But guess what? I never got that email, and later I found out that my order had already been shipped. Now I gotta deal with a whole hassle of returning the item because of their screw-up. This whole thing has been a total joke, I'm never shopping here again. It's unbelievable how they can run a business with such terrible customer service.
