Men's fleece lined hoodies
I just bought some men's fleece lined hoodies from this department store and let me tell you, I am thrilled with how everything went down. I got my order super quick, like the very next day, and that was pretty cool. The hoodies are top-notch quality, even better than I expected, and the pricing was shockingly low. Plus, I was happy to see that they used eco-friendly packaging, no plastic in sight. I'm definitely gonna keep checking out their website for all my online shopping needs from now on.
Clothing and accessories
I love shopping at Boscov's! Their customer service associates are awesome - they're so friendly and really create a nice, relaxing vibe for shoppers. They have a huge selection of trendy fashion items. I've even met some associates who are super helpful and friendly. Boscov's always has great deals with coupons and sales, and they're always willing to help out if you have one. Shopping there is always a good time for me.
Online order resolution
After dealing with Boscov's customer service being a pain and FedEx messing up my package delivery, I was relieved to finally get it all sorted out. It was a hassle, but things finally worked out in the end. The stores could definitely do better in these crazy times, but I'm happy with how everything turned out. Looks like things are finally turning around for me today!
Curtains purchase
I was in need of some more curtains, and let me tell you, the folks at the store were amazing. They went above and beyond, calling up other stores to track down what I was looking for. Even when some places didn't have it, they kept at it. I couldn't have asked for better customer service, and I was really pleased with how they went out of their way to assist me.
Cute purse
Hey guys, so I got this really cute handbag on sale for $59.40, but when it arrived, I was charged the full price of $99.00! What in the world?! So, I called customer service and they were so unhelpful, saying they didn't know about Boscov's and then just hung up! Super rude, right? I then sent them an email and didn't hear back at first, but eventually they gave me a credit. It's nice and all, but they really shouldn't have charged me the full price to begin with, you know?
Exchanged On Line Order for Shoes in Plymouth Meeting
Komeh, Shoe Dept. was the best! She's fast, very pleasant, helpful and can multitask! What I loved most was she was so pleasant while she was very efficient. She's able to multitask in the Shoe Dept. which provides very efficient service. Thank you Komeh!

Alright my sister love to buy new footwears. so for a gift i thought to gift something like that , i order one from here and it was hiking shoes. according to her she loved it and according to me i love it too.

The purse was pretty good, some things about it I don’t like, but it will work for a while. The thing that put me off ordering from Boscov’s again is the shipping. If they decide to use something other than FedEx smartpost, I will reconsider. It took two weeks to get my order! I cannot stand FedEx smartpost and I may not have ordered my purse if I had known that was the shipping method.
