    Boscov's kept saying my online order didn't go through, but surprise – it actually did. When I called to fix it, they said I had to either refuse the order or pay for return shipping, even though it wasn't my fault the order went through. Their lack of responsibility and customer service is just not cool, so I'm gonna shop somewhere else from now on.

    I was so excited about the great deal I found at Boscov's, but then they surprised me with extra shipping fees for ordering more than one item. Why even offer free shipping if they're gonna sneak in additional costs? It feels sneaky and not cool. Makes me wonder if this company is really trustworthy or if they're just trying to trick people. I'll definitely be more cautious about shopping here in the future.

    My new shoes were overpriced

    I recently bought some new shoes from this store and they cost so much money. Honestly, I could've found them for a better deal somewhere else. And on top of that, they messed up my bill and tried to charge me extra. Like, seriously, what's up with that?

    Recently canceled online orders

    I had a pretty bad experience ordering online from this store. The website was old and hard to use, which caused a bunch of my orders to get canceled without me even knowing. When I tried to get help from customer service, they were super rude and didn't give me any good reasons for the cancellations. Because of all this, I missed sending out the gifts I bought in time for the holiday. I wouldn't suggest ordering from this store unless you're cool with dealing with a bunch of unnecessary problems.

    I recently went shopping at Boscov's Department Stores, and it wasn't great. I bought some clothes and household stuff, but later found out the prices were higher than I thought. The products were okay, but the high prices were a bummer. On top of that, the customer service wasn't very good. When I asked about the prices being off, the staff didn't seem to care or offer much help. Overall, I was disappointed with my shopping trip there.

    I recently got a letter in the mail about ADA compliance at a department store near me. The letter said the store at Cumberland Mall in Vineland, NJ was supposedly ADA compliant. But from what I've seen and noticed when I went there, that doesn't seem to be true.

    Scammed by a fake job opportunity

    Man, I am so frustrated right now. I fell for a scam with a fake job offer from someone named Elisa on WhatsApp. She made it sound like I could make money helping to improve the company's online reputation, but it was all a trick. She convinced me to deposit my own money into an account to keep pushing orders, and then she threatened me when I wanted to back out. It's so annoying, I ended up losing over $1250.00 CAD because of this scam! Just a heads up, everyone, these scammers are now pretending to be other companies as well.

    Hey guys, so I got this really cute handbag on sale for $59.40, but when it arrived, I was charged the full price of $99.00! What in the world?! So, I called customer service and they were so unhelpful, saying they didn't know about Boscov's and then just hung up! Super rude, right? I then sent them an email and didn't hear back at first, but eventually they gave me a credit. It's nice and all, but they really shouldn't have charged me the full price to begin with, you know?

    Oh my gosh, I found the cutest clothes there and I'm totally obsessed with them! They have such a good variety and everything is adorable. The store is really fun to browse through, plus the staff is really nice and helpful. I'm so excited to wear my new clothes to school and flaunt them to all my friends!

    Fragrance purchase with Marlena Benson

    I just visited the makeup counter in Altoona, PA, and it was a great experience! I bought a fragrance with Marlena Benson, and she was super helpful. She listened to what I liked, showed me a few options, and helped me pick out the perfect scent. Marlena really knows her stuff and she was so nice. It made shopping fun and easy. I definitely think she's a great asset to the store, and I suggest asking for her help if you need a fragrance.

    I've never been to this store or checked out their website, but I keep getting tons of spam emails from them during the holidays. Even after unsubscribing several times, those emails just won't go away. It's like they're out there buying email addresses so they can keep sending out those marketing messages.

Even when some places didn't have it, they kept at it. I couldn't have asked for better customer service, and I was really pleased with how they went out of their way to assist me.

    I'm really let down by Boscov's lately. They've cut back on what they offer and even pulled products based on the CEO's politics. It's disappointing to see a place that used to have a big selection now becoming so limited because of personal beliefs. I want to back businesses that value different opinions, not ones that buckle under political influence. Because of their choices, I can't support Boscov's anymore.

    I ordered some living room furniture back in November and they promised it would be delivered in 3 weeks. It's now been 2 months and I still haven't seen a hint of my furniture. I called them up today and they claim they don't know where it is or when it will arrive. It feels like a scam to lure you in, and it's a really awful way to treat customers. I've had enough, I'm canceling my order.

    I just bought something from Boscov's Department Store online and I was really impressed with all the stuff they have on their website. Checking out was super easy and I found everything I needed without a problem. The only thing I didn't love was having to change my password every three months. I get that it's for security, but it can be a pain for folks who aren't great with technology or older customers.

    Komeh, Shoe Dept. was the best! She's fast, very pleasant, helpful and can multitask! What I loved most was she was so pleasant while she was very efficient. She's able to multitask in the Shoe Dept. which provides very efficient service. Thank you Komeh!
