Recently canceled online orders
I had a pretty bad experience ordering online from this store. The website was old and hard to use, which caused a bunch of my orders to get canceled without me even knowing. When I tried to get help from customer service, they were super rude and didn't give me any good reasons for the cancellations. Because of all this, I missed sending out the gifts I bought in time for the holiday. I wouldn't suggest ordering from this store unless you're cool with dealing with a bunch of unnecessary problems.

Rain jacket not waterproof
I bought a rain jacket from this company not too long ago, and man, I gotta say I'm really let down. They advertised it as totally rainproof, but as soon as I wore it out walking my dogs in the rain, my back was soaked in no time. My other jacket from a different brand holds up way better in the same conditions, so now I'm starting to doubt the quality of this one.

I bought the Windows monitoring tool from this company and man, I was so let down by how limited it was. Even after forking over the cash, I couldn't see anything about Chrome, which was a huge pain. And then, out of nowhere, my account got disabled for absolutely no reason! When I reached out to customer service, they were no help whatsoever. They just kept telling me to report the problem over and over again without actually fixing it. My whole experience with this company was just super annoying and made me pretty mad.
