The deal sounded pretty good at first, with a $100 off coupon, but it was actually a total rip-off. The wines ended up being super cheap and had terrible ratings. I had to call to exchange a bra for a bigger size and get another one. They sent the new bras before receiving the old one. I waited forever for my refund, and I had to keep calling them over and over. It was so frustrating!

Custom-made ring purchase for my daughter
I just bought a custom ring for my daughter at this store and let me tell you, it was amazing. The customer service was outstanding, the employees really went out of their way to make sure my daughter got the perfect ring. I was really impressed by the guy named Afshin, he was so professional and dedicated, made the whole thing so easy and fun. I'll definitely be coming back here to shop again. Overall, my experience with this company was great and I totally recommend them if you're looking for some quality jewelry. Hooray!

Rain jacket not waterproof
I bought a rain jacket from this company not too long ago, and man, I gotta say I'm really let down. They advertised it as totally rainproof, but as soon as I wore it out walking my dogs in the rain, my back was soaked in no time. My other jacket from a different brand holds up way better in the same conditions, so now I'm starting to doubt the quality of this one.

Windows monitoring tool purchase
I bought the Windows monitoring tool from this company and man, I was so let down by how limited it was. Even after forking over the cash, I couldn't see anything about Chrome, which was a huge pain. And then, out of nowhere, my account got disabled for absolutely no reason! When I reached out to customer service, they were no help whatsoever. They just kept telling me to report the problem over and over again without actually fixing it. My whole experience with this company was just super annoying and made me pretty mad.

Sunglasses with incorrect lens color
I just bought some sunglasses from this store, and man, was I bummed when I got them. The lens color was totally different from what I saw online. And when I tried to return them in time, they told me no dice. I was expecting way better customer service from a fancy store like that.
