Boots for event
I bought this pair of boots online for an event I had coming up in March. I placed the order at the beginning of February, thinking that the shipping would take 12-15 business days, giving me plenty of time to get them before the event. But by the end of February, the boots still hadn't arrived, and I started to get worried. When I reached out to customer service, they told me the boots hadn't even been sent out yet. It ended up taking another week for the boots to finally get shipped, and they came late. To top it off, the boots were too small, and I found out that I only had 24 hours to return them, which was disappointing considering how long the shipping took. Plus, they don't accept returns for sizing problems, so I was stuck with boots that didn't fit right. Even with all the issues, I have to admit that the boots are really nice in terms of how they look and the quality.
