One of the best
I found myself in love when i bought my first ever eyewear from here. i dont usually like it and never bought it for myself. But my sister asked me to buy one for her and we got two instead of that, one for me. we purchased Mykonos glasses. Its simple, really cool and the shades are just amazing . Also this is really crazily good! it fits perfect and love the whole vibe i get when i wear it. the glasses are really good and i actually love it a lot. So i am interested in exploring more from here soon. Also the price is good, its not cheap but not expensive, so its really good
Sunglasses purchase
Man, these guys are just terrible! So I ordered some sunglasses online and it was a disaster. The online team is all over the place and the manager, Melanie, was just so rude and not helpful at all. She even tried to charge me extra for a prescription lens change that was supposed to be free. Then on top of that, she couldn't even get my address right and sent my order to the wrong place! I dropped over $400 and they don't even seem to care that they screwed up. I tried shooting them an email but they straight up ignored me. It's like they have no interest in fixing their mistakes. There's no way I'm ordering from them again!
Frame Quality
I was really bummed out by the frames I got from that store. They looked so nice at first, but then they started showing wear way too quickly. It was really disappointing.
Sunglasses with incorrect lens color
I just bought some sunglasses from this store, and man, was I bummed when I got them. The lens color was totally different from what I saw online. And when I tried to return them in time, they told me no dice. I was expecting way better customer service from a fancy store like that.
