Rejected online order
Boscov's kept saying my online order didn't go through, but surprise – it actually did. When I called to fix it, they said I had to either refuse the order or pay for return shipping, even though it wasn't my fault the order went through. Their lack of responsibility and customer service is just not cool, so I'm gonna shop somewhere else from now on.

I had a pretty bad experience with my subscription box renewal from this service not too long ago. They ended up charging me for a second box without even asking me first after I had already received my monthly box. I tried reaching out to the company for help, but they didn't get back to me very quickly. It was really frustrating and disappointing, especially because I never wanted or agreed to get another box in the first place.

I had to reach out to customer service because a Cardinal valance was missing from my order. I was happy with how quickly and smoothly they took care of it. They sent me a replacement right away, which was nice. I actually ended up giving the snowman valance away instead, and the person I gave it to really liked it. Their customer service and how they fixed the problem impressed me. I'll definitely shop with them again.

Watch out for the dreamers, narcissists, and rude folks hanging around. The number of users is pretty small, so your odds are as slim as a cocktail straw.

I just signed up for the Chewer box and I have to say, I am so impressed with the quality of toys and snacks my dog gets every month. The toys are really tough and my furry friend absolutely loves the snacks. Sadly, my dog passed away recently, but BarkBox was incredible. They refunded my subscription and even sent a sweet card. What really got me was receiving an email 5 months later, offering support during the holidays and understanding how tough it must be without my pet. I just rented an electric car from this company and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. The car was super new and in great shape, which was awesome. But, I did have some trouble trying to charge it at some public charging stations because my credit card wouldn't work. It seems like this happens a lot when you rent EVs, so it would be cool if the company gave out more info or help for customers dealing with that. Even with that little issue, the rental rate was good and I'd totally suggest this company to anyone wanting to rent an electric car.
