Unfair raffle system
I keep buying stuff from Afewstore, hoping I'll get lucky in their raffles. But it's starting to feel like my efforts aren't paying off. It's frustrating to watch other people winning over and over when I haven't won at all.
Yamasura sneakers
Oh my gosh, I just got these really cute sneakers from this store and I am completely in love with them! They are so comfy and stylish, I can't seem to take them off! The store was amazing as well, ordering was a breeze and the customer service was top-notch. The price was totally worth it for these awesome shoes. Also, the delivery was really quick, I received them in no time! Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase from this store! ??
Shoes
I can't believe how long it takes for my order to get to me. And if you try to return anything, get ready to fork over a bunch of money for shipping. Why can't returns be free like at other popular brands? It's frustrating that shopping with you guys is so difficult and uncertain.

Shoes delivery warning!
Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my experience with ordering shoes from this website and selecting DHL for delivery. It turns out my shoes ended up getting lost during transit - can you believe it? I've been waiting for what feels like forever, and DHL hasn't been much help in figuring out what happened. So now I'm left with no shoes, no refund, and no explanation. Such a frustrating situation!
Delayed delivery, poor communication, refund request
I ordered a pair of shoes over a month ago, but they never showed up. I've been in touch with them through emails and calls, but still no sign of my refund. I paid 117 euros for those Nike shoes and if I eventually get my money back, I might just have to give them a three-star rating.
Received shipment on 13th of July
I bought something on July 6th and got it delivered just a week later on July 13th. The package was really well packed and everything came in perfect condition. I had a really good experience with this online store and would definitely suggest it to other people.
High-top sneakers
I was in Lisbon, Portugal for 3 months and decided to order a pair of high-top sneakers online. The delivery was super fast, only taking two days like they said it would. The only hiccup was the courier in Lisbon dragging their feet and causing some irritation. When I contacted AFEW STORE Customer Service though, they got back to me really quickly, within an hour. They were really nice and wasted no time sorting things out with the dodgy courier. Overall, the sneakers are really cool, but it would've been a smoother experience if they had a more dependable delivery partner in Portugal.
Sneaker purchase
I've bought a bunch of really nice sneakers from this store, and every time I shop there, everything goes really smoothly without any issues, even when I need to return something. The customer service is top-notch, and sometimes the discounts they have are just too good to believe.
Jumpman Jack Travis raffle
Hey there, so I entered this raffle for Jumpman Jack Travis and paid with PayPal. They told me they wouldn't charge me unless I won, but ended up taking my money before the draw even happened! I tried to cancel the raffle, but I still haven't received my refund. I reached out to them via email twice, but haven't gotten any response. My raffle order number is AR-6560352. I really need my money back, or else I'll have to report them to PayPal.
Shoes and clothing
My shoes and clothes arrived really quickly and everything went smoothly. The only thing I wasn't too happy about was the packaging - it just didn't seem very secure with only clear tape holding it together. They should probably use stronger tape next time for better protection.

Trainers, import charges
My experience at the Afew store was pretty disappointing. I got a pair of trainers that came on the 29th, but I was shocked by the pricey £103.72 import charge when they were delivered. I know the store can't control import charges, but I was bummed about the lack of communication about it. When I asked customer service for help, all I got was an automated message saying my order was shipped, without addressing my problem.
New shoes, got 'em!
I just picked up some new shoes from this store and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. The only issue was that some of the shoe boxes were a little banged up, but I'm thinking that's probably the delivery guy's fault for handling them so roughly. Plus, a few of my items were in different boxes than I expected, but I'm not a fan of dealing with returns so I decided to just keep 'em.

I ordered some shoes, but man, they took so long to get here and on top of that, I had to pay extra for shipping! Not cool at all.

I went shopping at this store not too long ago and I gotta say, I was really impressed with the stuff I got. The shipping was super fast and all of my items got here right on schedule. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.
4er Jordan sneakers
I am so upset about my experience at this store! I ordered a pair of Jordan sneakers last Saturday but got an email today saying they ran out of stock and had to cancel my order. It's so frustrating! Now I have to buy the shoes from someone who got them from this store. I will never shop here again!
